Dear all,

I do hope all is well. Quick question about zoom and files storage.

I have a username and a password in order to access my respective cloud and store and view zoom meetings of the past.

Let’s assume that one more or two more persons want to connect with the cloud and store and view their own zoom meetings.

Is there a way to grant them separate passwords and separate spaces inside the cloud, which will allow each one of us to view their own videos and prevent them from viewing mine?

Please, advise.

Best regards,

George

When I connect to zoom using the mobile app with an Android phone (Pixel 6 Pro) all bluetooth audio is disabled and I am only able to communicate using the phone itself.

Bose sportbuds do not work, neither does vehicle audio.

Both were working previous to, and after, the zoom call.

This is a relatively new occurrence as both worked in the recent past.

Has there been a recent update?

Any information/assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Route to Interactive Voice Response (IVR)

Hello,

Do users in the queue assigned to the IVR need to have a license?
Licensed (Zoom Phone) VS. Basic (Zoom Phone)

Receiving Calls

I call the number Zoom assigned me, but it doesn't ring anywhere.  I was hoping it would ring on my computer.

How do I assign my toll-free number to the IVR and record greetings?

Where's the reference manual? It would be nice to get a step by step setup in order, but I don't see anything like that. I fumbled through adding the numbers to users. How do I assign my toll free number to the IRV and setup greetings, departments, e... Show more

We are new to Zoom Phones and the Poly Edge E450 brand of phones. We are trying to figure out how to see when other office members are on a call using their desk phones. In the past (old provider and phones) if a co-worker was on a call a red call indicator would appear showing they are currently on a call. If they were available for a call they would show as green.  I called Poly support and they indicated that this is a phone provider setting. However when I called Zoom they indicated that it was either a Poly setting or could be managed with the Power Pack ($25/user/month). My research indicates that power pack has nothing to do with the physical phones and only allows for higher visibility of call traffic on the zoom phone dashboard.

Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how do we fix this? Is this a phone setting or a zoom setting?

Thank you in advance.

My company is a telehealth business and we sometimes have calls where a patient will have a medical emergency when on the line with one of our team members. We are trying to figure out a way to enable our team to call local emergency services dispatchers near the member. Has anyone found a clever way to support this kind of workflow with Zoom Phone? As of now our only idea is to provide our teams with numbers for local emergency dispatchers using the patient's address and a Google API, but if there's a more standard option anyone has discovered we'd be interested in alternatives.

Hi,

I would like to switch over to zoom phone from my current cloud pbx provider. I will be buying new phones. A few questions though.

1) Can I set a button on the phone to toggle between business hours and after hours? We often stay late.

2) does call park work well? this is important to us

3) does the android app work well?

4)We have 5 primary users buy 9 desks and extensions, can I buy the $15 unlimited plan for the 5 primary and use the $10 plan (I understand there will be a cost for outgoing) for the 4 extensions?

5) What is the best large screen phone to use with zoom. I dont need a camera. Just a large display and a solid phone.

Thank you very much for your time.

Ive been trying to replace our old Telstra phone system with zoom.i can do 99% of what i need re call routing etc,

we have.

Basically Our store landline numbers   forward into a "hunt group" number for each store. we can then choose where to forward top from there.usually into customer xperience, but occasionally to mobiles etc. This is setup so that the Hunt group number is forwarded, and allows the call que to identify it as a store call being forwarded as it always shows the forwarding number which is saved as that specific store in the contact list.Showing the originating number means the cant tell which store the call is originating from.

ive tried user/que/shared lines. after research it makes sense that it cant show the forwarding number, if its set to auto forward as the number never "answers".

is there a way to make the line auto pickup, then forward to another number  without pressing 1?and have this   completely transparent to the dialler? this is the last part i need to ditch my old system

so call comes in from customer, forwards to zoom number, which then onfardfs to our call Q, but showing the zoom number not the actually caller number.
