Hi, if we created meeting zoom link starting with secure-web.cisco.com and mail is sending from some firefiles like that. Is there any update for this.
I work between a PC and a MacBook for work. On my PC, I minimize Acrobat and Excel (for example) and when I click on Share for screen share, these applications are in the box as choices to screen share. However, when I am on my MacBook in a Zoom call and I have these same applications minimized and I try to screen share, these applications are not showing as available. It is not until I maximize the application and then go back to the Zoom app that I see them as an option to screen. I have never noticed this before on my MacBook. Here's what I've done: both the OS software on my Mac and PC are up-to-date. The Zoom software is up-to-date (both as of this morning). I have gone through the Zoom settings and double checked on all the screen sharing settings (as I have never touched these) and everything is as it should be. Yet, I still run into the issue that if an app is "minimized" on my Mac during a call, it will not show up as an option to share under Applications. On my PC, these applications show an available to share (whether they are minimized or not). Is this just a subtle difference in Zoom based on the OS (Mac vs Windows) or there I fix for this? It's a minor annoyance to have to "maximize" an application on my Mac just to get it to show up as an option to screen share. Any help anyone could offer would be appreciated.

On my Mac, I am not able to see me or my client when I am screen sharing. I have the latest zoom software.
Hello, my zoom has updated and it has changed a lot of the features I found very useful. When I share PDFs and photos my pen often doesn’t appear. I have turned on and off which helps it to appear for a short time. I also used to be able to see the people on call whilst sharing photos and pdfs but now I can only see myself. The zoom call also makes the screen smaller when clicking on participants which before it didn’t used to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I need to create a template that retains 76 alternate hosts. Is there any way to do this? Templates don't seem to retain the most important meeting elements, like alternate hosts or recurring schedules.
Thank you
Hello When we have a meeting with +3 people, the screens of the participants get narrow. Normally the screen should be divided into equal pieces but the screen of the participants get narrow in the divided areas. please see the uploaded picture below thank you in advance for your supports.

Needing help as we have had a couple of meetings where people have been doing inappropriate behaviours whilst nude.
Is there a way of instantly blocking this please?
Any suggestions?
Not sure why Zoom cripples powerful tablets I believe even the iPad Pro has similar issues. Now my S9 ultra is more powerful processor-wise than my MacBook Pro and yet if I screen-share my camera shuts off! Zoom should at least give us the option to override this in the app settings! Also if you use the chat feature the chat screen takes up the whole screen why not open in pop-up mode or to the side like a desktop client especially if using in DEX mode which is basically a laptop

I recently updated Zoom (on a Macbook pro) and have tested the multi speaker view function which initially looked great with 2 speakers at the top of the screen in a large window (this is adjustable which is also really good) and other participants at the bottom, so everyone can see everyone else. But for some reason the number of speakers above the line keeps changing from 2 to 3 and somethimes 4 even though only one person was talking. Is there a way to lock the top half of the screen to only show the active speaker or maybe 2 speakers. I know I can select 'active speaker' view only, but it's a much better layout and more interactive with the new multi speaker view if there was to option to limit the 'above the line' speakers to 1 or 2. And a final thing is that the speaker can't see themselves promoted to the active speaker at the top half of the screen, so when I speak my window stays down the bottom in the group of non speakers which looks a bit strange in the recording.
