Please could someone advise me?!

I run on-line group Zoom meetings and I like to record them for those who attend. When we are having the meeting, I always have the screen on gallery view so we can all see each other and would like it to record that actual view. However, when I go back and watch the recording it is always in speaker view - so it's just my ugly mug on the screen!  How can I change this so it records gallery view? I also regularly share my screen and obviously don't want the gallery view during screen sharing. How can I get gallery view to record during the meeting but not to do so during screen share?

I have looked at setting and do have it on 'Record active speaker with shared screen' but if I click on 'Record gallery view with shared screen', I am going to get the gallery view over the shared screen.  The other option is 'Record active speaker, gallery view and shared screen separately' but I don't even know what this means!  What I want is for it to record gallery view at all times other than during a screen share.  Is this do-able?  Thanks so much.  Julia

I started recording an important interview and the recording notification was on, at the end of the interview as I was closing and went to stop the recording, it was gone from the top of the page! The other participants said that at the top of their screens, it stated the meeting was being recorded! There are no videos to be found anywhere. I'm absolutely mortified and angry, that something like this can happen.

I didn't realize there is no longer support for paid Zoom subscribers other than this, which will probably be too late to help rectify my situation. It is not acceptable to me to have absolutely no recourse when something truly goes wrong! I looked through the Support Dashboard to no avail, and I'm now questioning if after many years, I need to leave Zoom for another platform. I love Zoom and really don't want to leave, but if there is no assistance to be had in these types of instances, what else is there for me to do?

Good evening, I have a question, it is illegal for my accounting teacher to make me do additional work because in a previous semester, I put on an exam, "I have grounds for my answers, if any error is found, I request that I be notified to the 099********"; the teacher saying it is disrespectful; After that, write to the professor that he would confirm my grade because I knew it was good, my exam or that I could come to see the exam grade, with the aim of seeing if I passed or not (explanatory note, the exam was supplementary because I was going to drop out of the race); Now that I repeat that subject with the same teacher, he tells me that it is an offense to authority and that I have to know my place and I also have to do an additional activity just for me so that he can see who the authority is; The activity consists of 12 sections of a concept map and a 7-minute recording of what generational marketing is, and I want the zoom recordings to have evidence to defend myself against my teacher.

Specifically, I've read that this is only a feature in Pro versions. So then: how do I determine what version of Zoom I have; and if I have the Pro version where do I find the means to turn this option on?

At a recent meeting a User reported back that they could not enter a meeting.  Is it possible for Zoom to provide login attempts made to a meeting?  This user reported that they connected a number of times but could only hear voices.  This user advised that they tried multiple times to access the meeting and have a record and a recording of this. Is that possible?
