Hello, I had a meeting scheduled on the 23rd of May. The settings were okay, made sure I had "automatically record meeting" selected. After the meeting was over, I can not find the recording anywhere. I also started the meeting on my phone. If anyone can help me figure out how to get the recording, that would be really nice.

Hello,

 

If you start a meeting with automatic recording, you will receive an email informing you that the recorded meeting is ready in the Zoom portal. Follow these steps to find all your recorded meetings for you and all users of your account:

 

  1. Go to the Zoom portal.
  2. Next, go to Account Management.
  3. Then, select Recording Management.
