For over a year now I haven't been able to use Zoom on my MacBook pro. Anytime I try to join a meeting I'm just stuck on the "connecting" screen and it just continues to load forever. I know it's not my internet because I can join meeting from my iPad and phone using the same network. I've tried everything - closing the app, deleting and redownloading. I'm not sure what to do or what the issue is and its getting frustrating because I can not utilize the app on my Mac.

Before this Tuesday, I always had 1920x1200. Have no idea what happened & how to get it back. I checked HD settings in my web client & desktop as well, but it still gives me only 640x360 when I download the file. Any ideas what could have happened & how to fix it?

Not sure if this goes here... but couldn't find a better place I guess... Hello. I manage/administer a few computers that are used by many users (average computer has 80 user profiles). They need to use Zoom every day (I am relatively new to this part of Zoom). Due to the audio setup of the room, the default audio configuration for Zoom has to be changed. The problem I have is that every user needs to adjust the configuration individually (it remains for the same user across different logins, usually) when they first login into the computer. Is there any way to have Zoom give all the users the same configuration no matter who logs in and avoid them having to adjust it? Thanks for the help!

Hello, Since the latest update last week, my incoming video for classes is backwards, so that text from the presenter appears backwards. Although not all participants see it backwards. I am wondering if it is something on my settings. The mirroring option, only appears to mirror my background not the presenters screen. Can anyone offer any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your thoughts

I have a Canva Presentation I'd like to share in a Zoom meeting with 30 people, so that they see me in the bottom corner of the presentation, while I can still see all the other meeting attendees. I can't do screen share because then they see what I see. Is the best option to screenshare & show the presentation from an iPhone/iPad?

Here are the issues:1) constant freezing2) unstable connections 3) chat replicates messages up to 60x4) black screen when sharing document camera5) lags when screen sharing video6) audio constantly cuts out Troubleshooting Attempts1) Reinstall and update Zoom on all devices2) Update operating software on all devices3) Reset laptops to factory settings4) clear caches and history 5) log into Zoom from my personal home internet with students 6) Reset students' home internet Nothing has worked, and it has been 5 days. I use MacBook Pro 2020 and the students use the latest HP Chromebooks.

Hi all:
My old computer stuttered when I used video, so I thought that it was a problem with the computer. It had a AMD processor that wasn't the greatest. So, this weekend, I bought a shiny, new Intel Core 7 with and ARC graphics card, 16GB of RAM, and the whole shebang.
I start up my computer on Monday, I join Zoom Workplace after getting it configured and...
"I can't hear you."
"I missed that part."
"What did you say."
As a remote worker, this is horrible. I don't want to buy yet another computer--it is clearly a problem with Zoom.
Here's what I've tried:
Testing the audio--It often cuts out when I do this.
Changing the microphone--I have Beats ear buds, I have a mic on the computer. The computer mic seems to work better. But not always.
Changing the audio settings--I gave it a voiceprint because it seems that the background noise is really gating me out, and that is often how it seems. Whatever audio profile I use, I have this problem, but the personalized audio isolation seems to work the best. But it doesn't fix the problem.
My defaults are set to automatically join audio.
I spend all of my meetings now just looking at the audio feedback indicator to see if I'm heard.
I'm wracking my brain trying to solve this issue. It's driving me absolutely crazy. My windows 11 is updated to the latest version; I spent the first few days updating it. I downloaded Zoom Workplace from the MS store on the 29th of April 2024 the same day I bought my HP Envy.
