I can't seem to flag this to Zoom but here's what's happening. Please help or report if you can!

1. AI Notetakers seem to be able to AUTOMATICALLY BYPASS my waiting room in Zoom calls hosted in my Zoom room. This has happened with Otter and other platforms!!!! This is a HUGE BUG.
2. Today, I had started a cloud recording, but then the AI Notetaker of a participant shows up and overtakes the ongoing recording without my permission or consent. This has happened multiple times.
3. - As a result, I do NOT have the recording of my session today, even though this is my account!!!!
4. - I even asked my assistant during the call to confirm it was recording and she said it still appeared as the recording was happening, but when the call ended, she saw that it did not record for us - it must have only gone to the person with the AI Notetaker (who is just a student of the course!) 

Please help or advise! This is a HUGE problem if AI Notetakers can bypass waiting rooms and supercede recordings without permission and without it being clear that the recording has been taken over. Is this a setting i need to change? We need more protections against this, Zoom!

In the past year or so, Zoom keeps making changes that make the entire experience terrible and more laborious. Commonly used features are being put behind multiple steps. At least give us the options to revert to how it was or to edit things?

1 - No "End Meeting" button anymore from Meeting Controls whilst screen sharing, you have to click on "Show Meeting" first (or end the screen share) in order to see the option 

2 - Screen sharing options now on 3rd "Advanced" tab

3 - Screen sharing via AirPlay no longer works. The "Zoom-device-name" item doesn't show up. I have "AirPlay Receiver" switched off as suggested by Zoom Support. I tried again after switching it back on to see if that worked but it didn't. 

Why is Zoom determined to make life harder and more complicated?

For issues 1 and 2, there's nothing I can do because Zoom have made the changes in their apps and I've scoured all possible settings but there's no option to move stuff around for those specific things. 

For issue number 3, I've tried: 

The Zoom app is up to date on my devices.

My devices have the latest firmware running. 

I've tried on multiple devices and instances of Zoom. 

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom.

I've tried restoring my Macs and also my iPads from factory default.

I am curious about the chat notification sound in Zoom meetings. Despite having all notification settings enabled and my profile set as "available" instead of "busy", the issue persists. Why has Zoom not been able to resolve this issue for such an extended period? I have been experiencing this for long. 

We have an important meetings that take place frequently with partners located in different countries and meeting time duration is for 3-4 hours. the communication process is via chat,  Not receiving chat notifications forces us to constantly stare at the screen, causing strain on the eyes and hindering our ability to focus on other tasks simultaneously. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

It seems that there has been a problem with the program's voice looping suppression system recently. We use Zoom meetings every day. The looping prevention in our system itself is working properly. This phenomenon appeared for the first time today. The other party used the laptop's built-in speakers and built-in microphone, not headphones or earphones. Our voices came through the other party's microphone, making it impossible to have a proper meeting.

The tasks icon keeps showing a red dot like I've got something to do there. I click tasks and nothing is there. The dot goes away for a bit but comes back every time I'm in the app.

It's really annoying to pretend like there's a notification when there isn't. There also does not seem to be a way to turn this annoyance off.

I recorded several meetings on my computer. Now I understand that there is a transcription option for meetings that are recorded on the cloud. Is there any way to upload those meetings on to the cloud in retrospect? I need those meetings transcribed...

Hi! I'd like to know if it's possible to disallow programmed participants to join meetings? I've been experiencing frequent bot attack on my meetings. I think allowing participants to join only through zoom app would be preferable it this case.
