I was in a meeting the evening with no host so there was no one to mute people and organize things.  At the bottom of the Participants list is a button titled "Claim Host."  Clicking this it asks for my Host Key, which I entered, and was told it was invalid or words to that effect.  So what is one supposed to do?  Please explain what it means to Claim Host.  Thanks.

For some reason my computer internal microphone is not working  so I brought a headset with microphone and that works perfectly except when I want to play music during a meditation the music does go thru to the meeting.  I can hear in my headphones but they can't hear anything.  When I do the share music option it cuts my microphone out so they can't hear me.  Any advice as to what has happened and how I can fix it.  Thank you.

I'm going to be giving a presentation and want to be able to change the virtual background without having to touch or look at my computer.  Is it possible to change the background using something like a bluetooth remote?

This is a situation where I cannot use "Remote Control" to give control to someone else to change the background.

I just set up my new Zoom user account and found that I'm unable to save any recordings to the cloud. All recordings end up getting saved locally, even though my setting for saving to the cloud is on: 

I tried toggling off "Local recording," but this only disables my recording ability. We're on the pro plan and others in my org are able to save their recordings to the cloud.

How do I enable cloud recording for myself?

Hello! We recorded the session, We would like to download this session. The challenge is that the main host is not available. The host assigned an alternative host before his leave.  Alternative host do not see an option to download. Do we have any options to download it without main host? Our IT support says that it is not possible. Would like to hear if somebody knows. Thank you very much in advance.

I bought a new Dell inspiron laptop and my weekly meeting crushes when I launch it on the app or browser. The same meeting worked just fine in my old Acer computer.

After I launch the meeting the app closes itself after a few minutes, and tries to connect automatically, and again crashes after it opens. I thought it was the camera, but no. Have tried uninstalling, restarting, reinstalling, restarting, but no. My windows is up to date as well...
