Hi, by activating the focus mode, is it possible to raise the level of privacy, preventing connected users from seeing how many and which (hiding the names) other users are connected, in addition to not allowing users to see each other? Thank you

I have Zoom loaded on a Lenovo Thinkpad using Firefox as the browser. I cannot switch the display from Speaker mode to Gallery mode. The 3 Dot Icon in the upper right corner that controls this function is not present. Can't find any options that control this aspect of the display. Worked previously.

Hi, When I record a meeting (cloud), I have two separate files: speaker view and gallery. What I would like to do is to switch from one to the other in the SAME video recording (without editing the video afterwards). How do I do this? Thank you for your help!
Most of the time, I need the speaker view (+ shared screen), but from time to time, during the same meeting, I want all the participants to appear in the video, then, I come back to the speaker view (it is possible to switch in the meeting self, but I would like this switch to appear in one and the same video. And not only an active speaker, but the full gallery). However, in the recording, I have two separate files (speaker OR gallery). Is it possible to switch from one to the other in the same recording?

Hi all, I was previously able to create a meeting in Zoom where anyone could join without the host attending or letting them in. Now when I create a meeting I need to login so other participants can join. Is there an easy way to set a meeting where I don't have to join as the host? Thanks, Tash.

Hello to all. I'm new to zoom and am in need of assistance. I'm a mac user and I'm having difficult with basic function operating with the mac. For example, while working with someone to become familiar with zoom, using the share screen function, attempting to pull up the white board, it goes directly to the privacy setting on the mac. I am at a total loss as to what to do to enable all functions of zoom using the mac. I hope this makes sense as I am unable to talk directly with zoom tech support. Is there some extension that needs to be enable to be able to use zoom fully? Thanks so much.
