I have an Enterprise account with  multiple licensed accounts.

I logged in as the Admin, while we had 6 Meetings happening in parallel, and was noting how many people were in the meetings at the same time, live.

After the meetings ended, I looked at the "Past Meetings" report, and the Participants column showed number that were as much as three times higher than the values shown in "Live Meetings".

 

How is Participant defined in the Past Meetings report, and in the Live Meetings report?

  • Les dates et horaires de chaque connexion et déconnexion ;
  • Le temps passé ;
  • L’état d’avancement

Zoom kicks out while screen sharing

It kicks out while screen sharing both when it does host or me .  And nothing helps, even uninstall/instul , new updates , but nothing helps, it is serious problem which does not allow me to use app, please help me to solve this problem

"the meeting has been ended by host"

This is happening every time I want to start a new meeting or try to join my own room. I have meetings coming up and it is really annoying for me. I have a licensed account. Please fix this ASAP.

Zoom Meeting Disconnects In 10 Minutes at Weekly Scheduled Meeting, Why?

I see on Zoom's site that the personal data it receives includes meeting content. Does that mean if someone forgets to record a meeting that Zoom will have a backup recording or transcripts? Or is the site referring to meetings that are recorded only... Show more

last week i have noticed a problem sharing the full view screen of my power point presentaions.

i am familiar with zoom, and used to share screen alot of times with no problem, but since last week if i shares a presntation in full view, all the participants see it at working mode. i tried to reinstall zoom, restart my computer, but nothing helps.

i will appriciate any solution.
