Hi everyone,
I just set up my new Zoom user account and found that I'm unable to save any recordings to the cloud. All recordings end up getting saved locally, even though my setting for saving to the cloud is on:
I tried toggling off "Local recording," but this only disables my recording ability. We're on the pro plan and others in my org are able to save their recordings to the cloud.
How do I enable cloud recording for myself?

You are on a Pro account, but are you a licensed user? You cannot record to the cloud unless you are assigned a license.
