Start video option not available

I saw that my one friend using zoom and is not able to start her video.  She doesn't have the option to start her video.  Even the host does not has the option to start my friend's video.

How can she resolve this issue?

Resolved! Pro Account with Licensed and Basic User

If we have a Pro account with a licensed user and a basic user, can they each have a separate meeting running at the same time?

I need to access a recording from a different account than my own.  I created the account so i should have privileges but every time i sign into the account it tells me i am not the host so cannot access.  I make sure that all my browsers are closed when i sign into this particular account  and have raised several incidents.  Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt so i havent actually worked out what the problem is.  any ideas? TIA

Hi, After almost 1,5 years of pro usage, my account is expired. Unfortunately, I missed to export the Active Hosts report for the last 10 months. My access to reports also immediately banned as my account expired, but I need the reports for that period. Can anyone suggest a way.

 

By the way, I find this unfair, the reports should be accessible for a certain period of time and there should be a warning before the expiration date.

Hi.  We have a participant who I will call David who attends our online classes via Zoom.  He does not hear well and when we have QnA and another student is asking a question or sharing a story, David would like to be see that person better.  I record all my classes and QnA sessions to our zoom cloud and then make them available for students to view on my website.  Students don't want to be visible in the video so I keep myself spotlighted.  So I recommended that David use the pin feature to make someone else larger on his screen, but he doesn't have that option in the menu on anyone else's video tile.  I Facetimed with him and he showed me what he sees on his screen (we had a third person and, indeed, the option to pin someone else is not there.  He has updated to the latest version of Zoom and that didn't make any difference.  

Any ideas of a setting that he or I could change that would enable him to pin someone?  

If I recorded to my computer instead of to the cloud, would there be a setting that would record video of host only/me even if I don't spotlight myself? I could switch to recording locally if that would solve the issue for David.

Camera off when entering

Hi All,

even though I have checked the option in my settings that allows participants to enter the call with camera on, it does not happen in the meeting. Everyone entering comes with camera off. Can anyone help?

Recurring meeting

Is there a way to schedule recurring meetings 3 times throughout the year that does NOT happen every day, week or month?  I need the same link for all meeting and they are 4/20  8/10 and 11/16. Thank you.

Zoom/Outlook not syncing

Hi, 
My scheduled meetings do not sync with my outlook calendar. It keeps saying "This event is still syncing. Please wait for sync to complete before editing this event". Any tips on how to resolve this?
