hola compre el plan avanzado y no se como activarlo debido a que mis reuniones solo duran 40 minutos como le hago y la factura ya me la cobraron

I am a participant in a zoom meeting and each time the host shares screens or sends us to break out rooms, my laptop has started dropping to desktop. I am not kicked out of meeting but have to re-engage the video link. I am not sure what I have done ...
