Hello, if someone can help me. I'm starting a course and I can't share a screen since I get that:
* screen sharing is restricted in this meeting
* Your screen sharing has stopped (Because you are restricted from screem sharing when external users are present).
Isn't this the zoom function?
What do I do to configure it if there are no options in the configuration on the subject? Thanks in advance.

No me deja entrar desde la aplicación de la computadora.

No me deja ingresar desde la aplicación en mi Mac.

Me dice que compruebe mi conexión a internet, ya la verifique y todo esta correcto, estoy conectado con cable. 

En el Iphone y Ipad si funciona bien.

Resolved! Browser participants can't join Breakout rooms

Hi, has anyone this problem? We have now two cases today where participants using web browser can't join Breakout rooms. We had this problem about a year ago but since then everything has worked fine. Until today. Any idea what has happened?

Screen freezing and hands popping up

Since doing the latest update my screen freezes within a few minutes of starting the class. As I’m teaching movement having frozen participants is a nightmare . I also have the put your hand up icon coming up on some people’s boxes which they haven’t... Show more

Since doing the latest update my screen freezes within a few minutes of starting the class. As I’m teaching movement having frozen participants is a nightmare . I also have the put your hand up icon coming up on some people’s boxes which they haven’t pressed. Lastly one client now needs the meeting id and passcode to get in rather than the link which has not needed in the past. The screen freeze is a big issue so please give me any ideas to resolve before I look for an alternative provider

Downloaded MP4 file does not have visual/image

HI I recorded the meeting on cloud and then when I downloaded the files, the video file has no image. It is fine on the cloud and also can be shared via the zoom cloud. Any suggestions how to get the full MP4?
