Since doing the latest update my screen freezes within a few minutes of starting the class. As I’m teaching movement having frozen participants is a nightmare . I also have the put your hand up icon coming up on some people’s boxes which they haven’t pressed. Lastly one client now needs the meeting id and passcode to get in rather than the link which has not needed in the past. The screen freeze is a big issue so please give me any ideas to resolve before I look for an alternative provider

You can contact Zoom Support by following the steps below.
1. If you prefer email support, you can click on this link: https://support.zoom.us/requests/new , or by emailing support@zoom.us .
2. Chat support.
If you prefer live chat, you can get connected with an agent simply by clicking the chat icon at the bottom of the zoom.us website.
Bolt the chat bot will then ask ahow it can help you, and you can just type connect with live agent.
You will then be asked what team you would like to connect to, and you can just type support.
You can then type or select chat with a support agent in the menu.
