Hi, at a zoom meeting a host took a screen shot of me in full screen. I was not speaking and had my microphone muted . There were over 300 participants and I was quite disturbed to realise that a host could make a non speaking participant full screen at will . I think this only happened on his local screen and was not live for all participants . I know that the meeting was recorded in speaker mode so that whoever was speaking was full screen , but as I did not speak I would like to know how  it was possible for him to get a full screen grab of me.

zoom recording converted but not saved

Recorded and converted zoom meetings not saving anymore

I have been using zoom for years. I record my meetings, then when the meeting is over it's over it converts and then I save it to my computer. It is still converting, but then it disappears.

Hi everybody! I'm new to zoom and I'm trying to organize my first interview with it. I can't seem to find any audio, video, etc settings under "settings". How do I go about it? Thanks for your help

Need to enter correct name

Hello good day. Is there any way how to set-up meetings that need the participant to put there correct name before entering the meeting so there is no need of renaming.

Why don't my scheduled meeting show up in my meetings menu

As a new licensed user of Zoom, I am wondering why the scheduled meetings do not actually show up in the Meetings Menu when I log into my profile.  Is not a handy feature of Zoom for schedule meetings?

How to join some meeting using Zoom App but non-default browser for other meetings?

 

Because Zoom app yet have Sound Booster capability, for some of my meetings, how to join meeting from non-default browser when Zoom app is already installed.

 

This enable use of Chrome extension for Volume Boost for meetings that aren't loud enough. For my other meetings, I how to use Zoom app?

Virtual Background

Hi i am using  the below configuration. 

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz   

Cores: 4
Logical processors: 8

 

i am not able to use the virtual background without green screen  . Can some one suggest what i can do on this matter.

file not converting after update
