Hi, I've been using Zoom for a long time as a host, co-host and participant of meetings. However, this morning I went to schedule a meeting and invite one person and my identity appeared as "nomail (organiser)" with the option to report my account as junk. It also says that my contact details are not recognised. Has my account been hacked? What can I do to rectify this please? Many thanks

Even Zoom Tech Support has not been able to help me figure out how to get to this screen so I can share a local recording with participants via email. Somehow, others are able to resize a recording so it is a size accepted by email. This is an example of the screen that an agency was able to share a cloud recording with me. Why can't I share a local recording? Does a recording have to be saved to the cloud to be able to share it? Does the login have to be a gmail account in order to save it to Google Cloud?

We are planning to integrate Zoom Meeting creation into our event creation process. A typical User (at a company that has licensed Zoom Meeting users) is scheduling simultaneous meeting time slots for other licensed Zoom Meeting users at their company. Should we setup Zoom Meeting authentication at the corporate (company's Zoom Admin account level) or at the Individual license user level (e.g., user would be asked to authenticate first time they schedule zoom meeting)? This user needs the ability to schedule more than 2 simultaneous Zoom Meeting hosted time slots that will be hosted by other people (with Zoom Meeting licenses - as alternative hosts) to start those meetings. Can that be done if we set the authentication at the Zoom Admin account level?

Why when I chose a PPT presentation, and then click 'share' it says.....you cannot share!!!! Why can I not share??? It has to be a setting and because I don't have a corporate account I can't talk to a human being, but a BOT it is not helpful! Can anyone help me. I cannot conduct my business without sharing my screen and it always appears I can until I start the meeting and then it tells me I cannot share!

Greetings, I'm newer to using Zoom for company wide trainings and have a couple of questions based on a training we recently held. 1. I want my meetings to be setup with a waiting room enabled but is there a way to allow auto-joining after the meeting has started? It was great to be able to get on the Zoom early to connect with other presenters and get ready before allowing everyone to join but then throughout the meeting we regularly had to admit people in who joined late. 2. I had a meeting that had a registration link and am able to see all who registered but is there an option to see who actually attended? GoToMeeting has this feature which is helpful because it allows us to see who actually showed up and it even showed us how long they stayed for so we could see if they left training early, etc.

Other parties don't hear upon unmuting via zoom mobile android. Is this an app issue or a hardware issue?
Upon joining every meeting I always hide my video so that I'm not distracted by it. Is there a keyboard shortcut that I can use to do this? As far as I can tell it's not in the list and I have to use the mouse each time.
Hello there, While existing a meeting while the webcam is on, doesn't turn off the webcam. To turn the camera off, I need to go to zoom settings and click on the video tab, and then exit the setting. Any solution for this? I'm using :
