Hello,

I don't see "Record" button during phone call. Could you please help me to enable it?

Check your site setting policy. Phone system management => Click on site name => Policy. In there, you'll find both automatic call recording and Ad-HOC call recording. Enable one or both. You can also check and enable at the user level policy if you don't want to turn it on at the site level, by going into the users account and under policy, you find the same settings.

Where are you not seeing the record button? Zoom app? Desk phone?

Hello-How does the ad hoc call recording work on a Poly or Yealink phone? I am not seeing the record button when on a call. I have the ad-hoc calling feature enabled.

Zoom uses the vertical access code *7 to start recording.

Encase you ever need to locate it? It's under phone system management => company info => settings => and under desk phone, you'll see customize * and # codes.
