Call Quality Issues Today
In the Zoom Admin Dashboard you are able to see your call quality. Ours usually sits right at 100%. However, today we've seen this drop to 80% which doesn't sound bad but we're having reports from our users that callers sound like "robots". Has anyone else experienced this?
There also isn't a clear outlier in the bottom sections where it splits it up by device, ISP, and video codec. They are all similar. Our internet connection to most locations was stable all day so I don't think it was that.
