The users are already under the Users & Room section but their extension numbers are incorrect, no DIDs are assigned to the user and no calling packages are assigned to the user as well. I created a CSV file and when I try to import it, I get a message "Fail to parse number on". I added the DID as '+xxxxxxxxxx but does not work.

I cannot get the remote answer/hang-up center button on the Poly Focus 2 headset to work to answer a call. I'm using the headset with the BT700 usb Adapter.  Would you know if there is a log to look at that would be helpful?  If you have a working Poly Focus 2 could you post what your working combo is for software versions?

I need to update some of my Android Applications to Pause processing when Zoom Phone app is in a Call.

 

Does the Zoom Phone App update the device Phone State?

 

Meaning:  If I listen for this action 

android.intent.action.PHONE_STATE

And check the Audio Service, will I know if Zoom is in a Call?

 

AudioManager manager = (AudioManager) context.getSystemService(Context.AUDIO_SERVICE);
                boolean isInCall = manager.getMode() == AudioManager.MODE_IN_CALL
                        || manager.getMode() == AudioManager.MODE_IN_COMMUNICATION

If Zoom App does not update the Phone State within Android, is there another Broadcast INTENT that I can listen for that gives me information about the Zoom call state?

Click to Dial on Android does not have Zoom as an option

I have had to reassign a Zoom DID to a Zoom Users (Pro License) twice in the past four weeks. The DID seems to disassociate from the user. All the system parameters are the same as the other users in this group and have been double-checked. Any suggestion of why this user is dropping the assigned DID and a possible solution would be greatly appreciated.

Is it possible to generate an SMS after a call is unanswered via an IVR process? It seems like you cannot, using flows, redirect the process to SMS to complete this task. We are trying to send a message "Sorry we missed your call. we are happy to assist you via text or we will call you back shortly." Anyone in the community seen this done?

Hi. I hope you are doing well. I am zoom phone user only (not workspace). I have USA/Canada unlimited phone plan that cost me $15 a month. Currently i am using one Local 10 digital long code phone number (747-2**-7*7*). I want to Add one more phone number that simultaneously work with my 10 digit long code  number on my same subscription. My second number that i want is should be a Toll Free number. Currently in my zoom account > phone management system > Phone numbers if i click ADD number (below the option of Main company number) i get the Notification / note that "you need more phone number Licenses." So my question are

 

  1.  How to get a new license to use a toll free number on my same subscription without spending extra bucks.
  2. How to add a new toll free number in my current subscription after getting license. 
  3. Can i use both numbers  on my same Mobile app / desktop on which i am already using zoom phone service with 10 Digit long code number and while messaging someone can i select from which number i want to send message back to customer ? 
  4. Does toll free number also have the same 10 DLC registration process for SMS campaign ?
  5. How much time Toll free license approval takes? 
  6. Do you know how to record a call in zoom phone and does Zoom have any IVR option ? so that i can use it with my both phone numbers 10 digit long code and toll free. (out of topic question)

Resolved! Basic user but need to access call logs! possible?

Need to obtain previous meetings (times/days/duration) data but I'm a basis user. Is it still possible to obtain this data please? thanks for advising
