I just signed up a couple of weeks ago. My number was just ported over today. I'm a solopreneur, and I do not need an auto-receptionist. Right now, if you call my number, you get the attendant. You can press 0 and leave a message, but I'm not getting the messages. I had an ad hit today, and nobody could reach me. The bot was zero help, support says 24-48 hours. I need my phone to ring on my desktop and my phone at the same time; if I pick up, great; if not, it goes to voicemail. If anyone can help so I don't keep missing calls, I'd greatly appreciate it. I've gone into Admin, Auto Recep, and I can't do anything with the main number. I can't click on it. Grayed out! Thanks in advance!

From a security standpoint, we are looking for a method to disable or at least create a speed bump to users clicking on links in smishing attempts. Security software addresses this in emails but ZOOM SMS appears to be an open vector. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

It would be nice if all search fields performed a "contains" search instead of "begins with" For example: Phone System Management => Phones & Devices It would be nice if the last Hex digits of the MAC were searchable In: Admin => User Management => Users You must search based on the starting characters of the userid/email In our case surname would be very helpful. We have thousands of users and they are imported from LDAP. However in: Phone System Management => Users and Rooms (Users tab) I can search on just a portion (i.e. surname) of the user ID.
Since all of my phones are from the same manufacturer, the 1st 6 Hex digits are the same.
Since there can be jdoe@domain and jodoe@domain and johndoe@domain it would be great to search on Doe instead of going back to the GAL to lookup the email.

Does someone know how we can setup calls to route to our receptionist, if she doesn’t pick up then the calls go to our AA?
I have Zoom Phone package. Zoom Workplace, Version: 6.1.11 (45504) I would like my company name to appear in the call recipient's Caller ID when making an outbound call. I would also like to include it at the bottom of SMS texts, maybe with the "Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help." message that's generated. I am sure I missed something, but I have looked through the settings, googled results, Zoom help & Zoom Community and can't seem to find out how to do either. Thank you, David

Hello, we recently ported all our numbers to Zoom and everything seems to be performing as expected, with one exception. We had a message-only extension with our previous provider, there is no phone number assigned to the user, who has a basic Zoom phone license assigned. I set up our IVR, assigned a placeholder user extension and now want to edit that to ring the voicemail extension. When I try to set the key action as Forward to User I receive this error message "This feature requires a Zoom Phone Metered, Unlimited, or Pro plan." I do not want to assign a license for an extension only to collect voicemails. Short story, I need to be able to route to voicemail using IVR for an account with a basic license. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong, or offer a solution? Thank you

I want to buy the $15 package for calling unlimited to the USA and Canada i read it carefully, and it said regional so my question is that ; do I need to be in the USA to call in the USA for free (unmetered) or can I call from Pakistan to the USA for free (unmetered) with the $15 (unlimited USA and Canada regional call) package from Zoom phone? or to call from Pakistan to the USA for free I'll have to buy the $20 package?

We recently installed the Zoom Salesforce integration. I noticed when a user clicks to call a number it pops open the desktop app. This is annoying and unneeded. How do we turn it off?
