Zoom campaign status stuck on pending

I've added all the necessary text to my website, but my campaign keeps getting rejected. The status is now pending and not being approved, even though a campaign ID has been generated. Also how can I change details, such as whether messages include phone numbers, or update the entire 10DLC name without waiting 10 days for approval?
