Anyone hear anything official from zoom on zoom phone appliance for the CCX 400? It was listed in the release of 5.11.0, but doesnt seem to provision, nor is it listed on the page for officially supported poly phones. Hi I have configured a user group on my zoom portal for which I have enabled call recording feature (phone settings). When I call Zoom api to fetch data,API is giving the phone and sms records for all the users which are under the account , I would like to fetch data for just the users which belong to this Group. How can that be achieved. thanks

Not quite sure how to word this one. I set up Zoom phone to use while out of the country, I want to point certain accounts to this number, however I'm not receiving the alert texts that normally contain a verification pin/number i.e. a bank verification message. SMS is set up correctly, I can send and receive texts on my phone/desktop app, does anyone have any insight? Thank you.

We have employees that leave or get fired a lot, and people don't think to notify me about it. So, by the time I need to edit the Zoom account, the mailbox is gone. Is there no way to just change the email? It's frustrating from the admin side that I can't just do that and go on with my day. Instead, I'm left to delete the account and start another one running through all the configurations. It's annoying. I've setup aliases for the email accounts and never even receive an email from Zoom. Same thing goes for when someone's mailbox is still there. Never get a confirmation email from Zoom. This has been going on for some time now.

My computer speaker used to ring at the same time as my headset. Now it doesn't. It's easy to miss a call if I don't have my headset on. I can't remember where I set that when I first started.
Hi all, We sometimes need to reach numbers in the 'special' ranges, because in some countries there are companies who use those numbers. Thanks!
For example, in France there is a prefix which starts with +33890, which is marked as a special rate number.
I know the cost of these calls is higher than a normal call, but since today we cannot reach any of those numbers anymore, and earlier they were just reachable.
Anyone has an idea what to do? Is this a setting we need to change so those numbers are reachable again?

Is there any way in Zoom to make all sites follow the same Holiday hours as the main site? I have tried looking through the settings to see if this can be forced but all I can find is the ability to manually set holiday hours for a specific site. Our small company has special summer hours for Fridays where most employees get to go home at 12 (normal hours are 8-4:30) at which point only a few people are on call to answer anything deemed an "emergency." We create a holiday for each Friday during the summer to handle the IVR and call routing, which can get pretty confusing because of the high number of individual call queues that we have. Having to create these for both sites is quite annoying to do for each of the 8 fridays that these hours are implemented. Does anyone know if there is a way to set the default Holidays in the Main Site also take effect for the other sites so we only need to set up the holidays once?

When I playback the recording for my zoom phone's voicemail greeting using the 'record by computer' feature, the audio is choppy. I do have the latest version of Zoom and strong Wifi. Any suggestions for how to fix this? I would attach the greeting recording for review but .WAV file not supported here. Happy to email it to support if needed.
