Getting blank page on SSO - iPhone

Hello All,

 

We receive this odd behavior that when we select SSO method on an iPhone the page redirect to Edge and then the page just stuck there with blank page. Any tips?

Searching SMS Messages & Call Log

Good afternoon,

 

My company just recently switched from RingCentral to Zoom for our corporate phone lines. Currently, we cannot find a way to search SMS messages or search our Call Log.  This is detrimental to our job at Customer Service when dealing with dozens of different customers daily. Having to manually find the SMS messages and manually search the windows is taking up a large chunk of time.

 

Is there any workaround currently to have this implemented, or a way that we can have Zoom send us e-mails with the SMS messages in them and search our e-mails for the content of the SMS? Please help.

I work in the Telecoms department of a large company and we are replacing our Cisco telephone system with Zoom.

Do you know if there are any plans to develop  a wifi telephone for Zoom.  

At the moment we are getting round this by using the Zoom app on a mobile phone. However these phones have to be signed into by the users.

It would be great if we could have a wifi device we could configure as a Common Area Phone.

SMS messaging only goes to June 7th

My team and I utilize the Desktop Power User pack to make our process more streamlined. This shows us when people are active or inactive in the queue.

However, when using this feature, it will show that you are inactive while on an active call, or will show that you are inactive after a call. This has caused a great deal of confusion when we are rotating our schedule.

Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you.

This is my first post to the community.  I did a search for "Camp" to see if anyone else had posted this request.  I found nothing related.  Perhaps there is another term with which I am not familiar.

 

We are a Zoom Phone user who migrated from an old PBX phone system.  We have been happily using Zoom Phone with few challenges we couldn't solve with documentation.  I would like to ask for a feature that allows a user to select an internal company contact to "camp-out" on their line.  This was the feature name on the PBX we used.  Here is the old scenario.  I pick up the phone to call Jane, but Jane is busy.  Rather than keep trying, I could press a feature key on the phone to tell the PBX to "camp-out on Jane's line and let me know when she hangs up."  When Jane hangs up, my phone would make a distinct sound to let me know Jane was free and it would offer to call Jane.

 

Since we can see if a contact is on another call right away, it would be nice to ask the app to "camp-out" on their line and let me know when they are done with their call/meeting.

 

I look forward to the comments/suggestions/ire this post may generate.

Keyboard inputnot working to dial a number on Mac OS

I have been able to use the keyboard to enter phone numbers for quite some time.  All of a sudden the keyboard input is not recognized and I can only input phone numbers using a mouse.  Is there a fix?
