Working on my pilot location for desk phones.
Phone type is Poly VVX250
1st setup phone in Phone & Devices,
Powered up phone and allowed it to go through the provisioning process
After many reboots it came up and displays and operates the way it should.
Now I am wanting to a change the phone to a static IP, so Home>Settings > Advanced, tried both 456 & 789 as passwords and says it is wrong.
Factory reset phone, change password to 789 during setup,
After provisioning completes, the phone comes online operates correctly but will not take the 789 password.
What am I missing?

Login to your Admin Center, then go down to Admin, Phone System, Company Info, Then select Account Settings, go Settings, Desk Phone, Admin Password then show. This is the Admin password for all provisioned devices.

Thank you for your help. I was able to change to something more memorable for us and that it doesn't take affect until after a phone reboot.
