The error is "emergency calling may be limited or unavailable for user" in a little exclamation point icon next to my Zoom phone number. What exactly does that mean? I have tried to search for an answer, but have not been successful. Does it indicate a problem with my account, or is it just a caveat?

We have integrated our analog overhead paging system (which has 7 analog amplifiers and multiple speakers throughout two buildings) with the Zoom phone system. We have connected the 7 amplifiers to one analog 8301 IP Paging Adapter. We currently enter one zone code to page all speakers . We would like to have the ability to separate the overhead paging to different zones (locations). We are not sure as to the best way to accomplish this. Do we buy additional Algo units or are there other types of units that would accomplish our goal? See the below goal and attached pic of the 7 amplifiers. Any assistance/advice is appreciated. We moved from dialpad to zoom phone under the impression that our license would travel with us as users as we move between devices as is the case on every other tool we use. We work in two locations on Windows 11 machines running the zoom app different days of the week, and use android phones with the zoom app installed. We only have two users and we are not cheating licenses. But now zoom client on Windows 11 constantly/randomly logs itself out quietly, blocking phone calls to our computer. And it doesn't understand that we are now at location 2 and location 1 can be logged out?
Is this because each licensed user has zoom phone running on both our office computer and our android phone?

We have one phone line for a small business and don't want any extension numbers. It doesn't seem to let me remove the extension number automatically set? Any solutions? Thanks Calum
We have 5 members in a call queue. This is a secondary/backup call queue, and these people have other primary job functions. They are able to help out with phones when they have free time. Our company exclusively uses the Zoom app for Macs. We do not have desk phones, and do not have the app installed on our mobile phones. If a member is going to be in a meeting or on a call, the practice has been to toggle the switch on their zoom app to not receive queue calls. This is a foolproof way to ensure we don't receive calls. However, since answering phones is not the primary job of this call queue group, they don't always remember to toggle themselves back into the queue when they are available. Being on a Zoom meeting does not preclude them from receiving a call. There are a number of places to change this in the configuration (hide incoming calls while in a meeting, skipping offline members in the queue, enabling call notifications for queue members even if they're on a call, turning on DND), but there seems to be nothing I can check or uncheck to get to the target behavior: We want a call queue member to be able to put on DND and have it expire and put them back in the queue. We also want call queue members to NOT receive call queue calls while on a Zoom meeting or on a Zoom phone calls, and to have the calls sent to the next caller in the rotation (phones are set to rotate in a round-robin manner). Calls ring through when our team is on meetings and taking calls. They put their DND on, and the queue does not skip over them to the next queue member- they return and see that they have missed calls. Again, they need to: not receive call queue calls while on a zoom meeting not receive call queue calls while taking other zoom phone calls not receive call queue calls while on DND have all calls routed to the next person on the queue list when any of the above is occurring. Please help me figure out the settings. Thank you in advance!!

Can someone help me figure out why our phone line does not use the auto attendant and IVR for call queues like sales and support?
One of our users is experiencing the following problem: I am running the current version 5.14.6.13477 and my phone is a Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, Android 13, One UI-Version 5.1, Modelname SM-G988B/DS
"The Zoom mobile app is extremely unresponsive, especially when I try to end phone calls by pressing the red button. I have to press it 4-5 times, which often results in calling a random person once the call screen finally closes. The unwanted call, then again, is difficult to abort. In addition, I am sporadically unable to answer phone calls due to a charging icon appearing and a message asking me to "please wait" after pressing the blue button to take the call.
As I use Zoom phone for work, it would be important to improve the situation. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you!"

Can the 'dial-by-name' directory audio prompts be changed to match the IVR voice settings?
The default voice within the 'dial-by-name' directory is quiet jarring next to the IVR selected voice. It comes off as unprofessional.
Every time I try to log in, they require a verification code and I can't find any way to delete that requirement. In addition even though I use the same device they say they don't recognize the device I'm using.
