View DND from BLF or Other way?

How can my Office Manager - see from her phone if someone put their Phone on DND?  Can the BLF change ? or what are the options? We are using VVX Poly Phones.

Hi Members, I'm using the latest Zoom Android app on a Samsung Z Flip 3, I'm based in the UK.

 

When I try to add my mobile number to the  'Connect Phone Contacts' section, I'm presented with the verification code, I type it in correctly but it errors back 'Failed to register phone number, please check your network connection and try again'

 

I am on the net either using WiFi or Data, and my Zoom profile contact number has been validated on the website successfully.

 

What's the issue please, does anyone know?

How To Detect When An Incoming Call is a Zoom Call

All Zoom calls route to my mobile phone.  In addition to Zoom calls, I also receive non-Zoom calls on my mobile phone.  Is there a way to detect when an incoming call is a Zoom call?

Give phone user access to recordings

Hi Community,

I would like to allow one of my phone users to listen to recordings made by others on her team.   Nothing else, just recorded phone calls.  If this is possible, how do I go about setting it up?

I have just started using Zoom Phone for my business. I would like to store business contacts so that in the app I can see their name/association, but I do not want to give the app access to my personal contacts. Is this possible?

Resolved! Call Park Reversion

Is there a way for a parked call to ring back to the call queue instead of the person that placed the call on park if the call isn't picked up after a certain amount of time? The customer's old system was able to do this and they are requesting it. Show more

Routing Voicemails to Extensions to the a user

We are a self-storage facility operator and have all calls routed into a Zoom Call Queue. The calls are then routed to a user in our call center. After hours, or on weekends, we want all calls routed to this same user's voicemail box so he can return... Show more

We are a self-storage facility operator and have all calls routed into a Zoom Call Queue.  The calls are then routed to a user in our call center.  After hours, or on weekends, we want all calls routed to this same user's voicemail box so he can return the calls the next day. 

Is there a way to route these after-hours calls through the queue to this users extension to that all voicemails are in his account?  Or does this happen automatically?  Thank you for your help

Extension Number

Hi, I am fairly new to zoom and while setting up the zoom phone, extension number #800 was assigned automatically. I am unable to understand the steps how to reset it or delete the extension number.

 

Any help or direction would help 🙂

I've integrated Zoom with Salesforce as per the instructions provided by Zoom, but when I try to sign in to Zoom from Salesforce  by clicking the phone icon, I sign it, but it gets this error " Attempt to de-reference a null object".
It says I have successfully logged in, but it gets stuck on loading, while back in Salesforce, it still asks me to log in. Any ideas?
