I have several questions and require assistance from a live agent, but the support bot keeps informing me that I don't have access to this feature, despite being a paying Pro client for several years. How can I get the system to acknowledge that my account is entitled to live agent support? I am currently logged into the account linked with my Pro subscription.

I have and paid for a pro zoom account and now it is telling me I have a basic account, I can't even get a live person to help me. Any suggestions?
So I made a new Zoom account a couple of weeks ago for a new job, had no issues with Video Filters--specifically with the application, Warmly. I used it for about 2 weeks then when I needed to edit something Warmly seemed to stop working. So I looked into it more and more and realized that my Video Filters was no longer there.
I extensively troubleshooted this for hours. Did updates, uninstalled, reinstalled. Tried multiple accounts even. The ONLY way I have been able to have Video Filters pop back up on my PC is if I don't log in to my account. If I boot up Zoom and simply click "Join a meeting", and try and edit my background and effects.
But as if being trolled, during that same call if I sign in and it bumps me into my account, my settings actually removes the option from my settings entirely.

And just to recap:
-I've tried updating Zoom
-I've reinstalled Zoom three times
-I've used my Pro account, my non-pro account, and my brother's non-pro account--who has the Video Filters on his PC, but not when logged in on mine.
-I HAD these features for about two weeks
-I run a Windows 10, my device specs:
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700KF CPU @ 3.80GHz 3.79 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB
Device ID 0C5478CE-4795-418E-847C-64E9E502FA32
Product ID 00326-11250-10002-AA511

I used to be able to just do a "thumbs up" and then it would do a thumbs up gesture, and it would show on my screen, and also when I did two thumbs up, it would create "reactions" on the screen with fireworks. I just updated the Zoom client today and those don't work anymore. How do I turn them back on?

I just purchased a new Dell Inspiron 16, and I'm having sound issues with Zoom. For a simple Zoom meeting where people are simply talking, Zoom is working just fine. However, my wife is doing a Zoom singing class where she plays music on her iPhone and sings along. For some reason, the other participants in the meeting don't hear the music coming from the iPhone, and her singing cuts in and out. Other participants do the same thing and their singing and iPhone music are heard just fine. The reverse situation has the same problem. When one of the other participants is singing with their iPhone playing the music, my wife can't hear the music and the singing cuts in and out. Again, other participants have no trouble hearing both. On our old Dell Inspiron, my wife had no problem having her voice and iPhone music heard together. Same for the reverse--she could hear both the singing and accompaniment. All other sound functions on the new laptop are working fine. We're wondering if this is a Zoom setting issue or a Dell hardware or software issue. Thank you for your help with this. John

Hi, everytime I create a meeting, I can screenshare until someone joins. The moment anyone joins, I get a pop up that says I am restricted from screen sharing. So i am the owner of the meeting but then I lose the ability to screen share even though others who join my meeting can screen share. It's frustrating. I've looked at the settings but if anyone has help for me, thanks.

Hi all, thanks for any help you can provide.
I'd like to be able to have some of the 33 participants in breakout rooms and some in the main room with me?
Is this possible? If so how do I do that? thanks so much tp
I am on MacOS Sonoma. Bluetooth headphones are connected to my computer, which I double confirmed by playing Spotify & Youtube which goes to my headphones. However, when I open Zoom, no sound comes out and no one can hear me via my Bluetooth headphones, AND sound from Spotify / Youtube stops playing to my headphones. I have confirmed my computer audio is set to my headphones and my zoom audio is set to my headphones. This issue occurs with both Soundcore bluetooth headphones and AirPods. I have had Zoom installed without audio issues for several years - this started happening after I updated the software late last week (April 11/12).

This just started happening today. I have used zoom on my Chromebook without problems for a couple of years. Suddenly my outgoing video is black on meetings I host and meetings I join. Like others, I've checked settings in Zoom and Chromebook, restarted etc. Interesting that this appears to be a recent issue for everyone. Has Zoom provided any answers anywhere?
