I have had continued struggles using Zoom on my Google Lenovo Laptop. I regularly have lagging and disconnections when on my calls. I have upgraded my wifi, purchased a booster and attempted a variety of troubleshooting to no avail. I have attempted to use the PWA app, however, this often leads to faulty messages popping up saying the app is not working. I have uninstalled and installed the app several times, again to no avail. The web browser also has lagging issues and disconnections, including when I am just on myself to record a video. I have attempted to add an extension to my browser, again to no avail. As an aside zoom works perfectly on my phone so I do feel it likely that it is linked to a setting on my laptop.
This is becoming very frustrating (as I rely on Zoom for my business) so any support to rectify this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any guidance!
