Hello all.  I have started a tutoring company and conduct my sessions via Zoom.  I know some of the basics so that I can conduct meetings and share screens.  I am looking to develop a website and need to produce video content.  I'd like to better understand how I can utilize the whiteboard, using my stylus, make recordings of demonstration videos, etc.  Can someone please help?  I would gladly pay you for your time and effort.

Why won't they fix the recurring "no fixed time" menu option in the desktop app?

This once was not a problem, but now it is. I see old posts providing the solution, but still the desktop app does not have the option "no fixed time". I have to open it up in my web browser. What's the problem? Why not fix this? If it has been fixed... Show more

Resolved! meeting initiator cannot see me on video. Test shows that camera works

When I join a meeting using the initiator's ID, they cannot see me. I can see them and we can hear each other, but no visual on their end. I have gone through the tests and it says system is working. Thanks for the advice.

Je souhaite changer d'adresse mail de connexion car celle que j avais utiliser pour creer mon compte n'existe plus.
Quand je rentre ma nouvelle adresse mail, je reçois un message de zoom qui me dit de cliquer sur le lien qui vient de m'être envoyer sur mon ANCIENNE adresse (celle qui n'existe plus) .
J 'ai donc contacter l'assisatnce comme me le conseille zoom :" Si vous ne pouvez pas accéder à votre ancien e-mail, contactez l’assistance Zoom." et j'ai rempli le formulaire de demande d'aide

Pour réponse j ai reçu ce mail à ma nouevelle adresse.
"Our records indicate that the email address provided in the request is not associated with an active Zoom account so we are unable to respond to your open ticket.

To contact our support team, sign up for an account at https://zoom.us/signup or confirm you used the correct email address."

Je ne sais plus quoi faire, j 'ai besoin de votre aide.

Can you help me determine which scopes I should select based on my use case?

2 SSO logins, can't switch

I have an SSO login for my company.  It works fine. 

 

I just received a 2nd zoom SSO login from an educational institution.  

 

When I use the desktop zoom client (windows 10, v 5.8), it automatically logs me into company sso account..

 

I need to sometimes switch to 2nd SSO account, but when I try "Switch accounts" or sign out and then go to sign in, when I choose the SSO option, it whips by and automatically logs me into the company SSO account.  I am not given a chance to type in a domain to log into the 2nd account.

 

How can I fix this?

for Zoom calls, how can i make sure i use a datacenter in Germany, i am located in Europe and i cannot choose.

 

under statistics it says "you're connected to Zoom Global Network via data centers in the United States (DCA) " and when i am on a call, ping sometimes is around 90-100ms so quite high.

Video and audio is good though

 

A while back i remember it was giving me a DC in Germany automatically and ping was lower. Can one choose a DC in Europe? Is Germany still the only option?

 

I am on a free plan right now.

Remote Control does not work

When I want to give remote control to my interlocutor. The option does not appear, yet I have the latest version, I activated in the option setting and I even bought the subscription so I do not know what to do. Do you have any idea?
