Hello! In a meeting yesterday I was set a number of helpful links, however I forgot to save them before exiting the meeting. I didn't create the meeting, so it is not showing up in my Previous Meetings tab in my Zoom account. Is there any way to recover the links? Or are they lost and I need to ask for them to be resent by the person i was speaking with?

We have created a custom registration form for a meeting that requires people organization name and job title. The downloaded .CSV file doesn't include those questions, only the standard information, even when we go through the Reports menu. Is there any way to get the custom questions included in the download file of attendees?

Hi. I recorded a podcast interview using Zoom. After closing Zoom, it automatically downloaded the recording to my desktop and created a folder there. However, I changed the folder name before the recordings were completely downloaded, and now the download/conversion is stuck at 50% with no progress. I think it's because I changed the folder name. Do you have any idea how I can retrieve the video recording? Does Zoom have a backup cloud recording available?

When I schedule a meeting my guests and I are not receiving notifications that there is a scheduled meeting.
I had the strangest experience..
My clients use a link to book meetings with my business which has zoom connected to it via an API so once the meeting is booked the hosting location will be Zoom right..
Recently I had a client book a meeting using the meeting link and I then after receiving a confirmation on one end that I have the meeting booked I had an email from Zoom stating "You have successfully deleted the below Zoom meeting."
I perhaps thought there must have just been a system error but it completely canceled the meeting without my input, which is sitting in my recently deleted section on the zoom website, however I never deleted any meeting and have no answer for my client as to what actually happened that I was unable to attend the meeting..
If this has happened to anyone before please advise if there is a setting that I can change that does this, or is this not a common occurrence?

Here is a bug report for Ver.6.1.0. It can’t share the computer audio from outside source. My setting is like [external music player]----USB cable---[Windows PC]. Then, set the USB device’s sound property as “Listen to this device” so that I can hear the music from the on-PC speaker. With this setting, I could share the music with guest by “Share Computer Audio” unlit Ver.6.1.0 update. However, the music can’t be shared with Ver.6.1.0. By the way, music playing on the PC, such as by iTunes, still can be shared. This problem is only for the external sound source from USB. I have confirmed this problem at least 3 different PCs, HP Note PC (Windows10 Home), Dell note PC (Windows11 Pro), and HP Note PC (Windows11 Home premium). For all PC, the problem diapered when I roll back zoom version.

Hi! I've been struggling with this for days. Am using Mac and when i share screen, the screenis black.
Hi, I had two Zoom meetings today and both times, when I clicked 'start meeting' the participants were automatically entered instead of me admitting them. Usually, I start the meeting and then see a pop-up notification that 'there is someone waiting in the waiting room'. Today, however, Zoom let them in without my consent. I checked my settings and I have waiting room selected correctly (enabled) so I am not sure what to do. Will you please help? I want to have control over when I allow people to enter. This was working fine until today, and I don't know what has changed. (Screenshot of my settings is below)
