Well the workaround I found is to edit the file zoom.us.ini located here: C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Zoom\data\Zoom.us.ini and remove the win_osencrypt_key line entirely. It then prompts me for sso domain. Perhaps there is a setting somewhere that say...
