I have two topics to bring up: 1) I am running Zoom client on a Debian 10 OS on a computer with Intel Broadwell mobile CPU and integrated graphics (Intel HD5500 graphics adapter). I use screen share a lot during my meetings. I notice that after meeting where I screen share, the memory utilization of the Zoom client is always very high (over 1 GB). I wonder if this is someone else's experience. It is nuts that a video conferencing software memory utilization is getting close to what a fatty web browser can do. 2) Starting with Zoom 5.10, I notice an significant in package size (5.9 has the size of ~ 56 MB but 5.10 has the size of > 127 MB). Quo vadis Zoom? I also notice that Zoom now spawns chromium zygote and other types of chromium-like processes, which to me tells that Zoom is moving toward building the app over Chromium and ElectronJS? IS this right? I try to find some hints looking around the web but to no avail. I'm curious because the native Chromebook version is being deprecated, and Zoom PWA is replacing that. So I suspect perhaps Linux will suffer the same fate?

I  hold a weekly "office hour" during which my team members can jump on zoom anytime during the hour.  There are some days that no one gets on.  Today, for the first time, my session timed out.  Support says if there's not a second person, the meeting will time out after 40 minutes.  I am a pro user.  How can I avoid the timeout?

Turn the volume down

Sudden cartoon images

Recently when I am having zoom meetings there are sudden cartoon type of thought bubbles, thumbs up images and yesterday suddenly balloons started floating across the screen.  I need to ensure this is disabled as it is very distracting and concerning.

Zoom may not be supported on your browser.

I am having an issue like this: https://community.zoom.com/t5/Meetings/Error-quot-zoom-may-not-be-supported-by-your-browser-quot-when/m-p/66817#M35625 ...which appears to have received no solutions. When I send my zoom link (which includes a pass cod... Show more

I am having an issue like this:

https://community.zoom.com/t5/Meetings/Error-quot-zoom-may-not-be-supported-by-your-browser-quot-when/m-p/66817#M35625

...which appears to have received no solutions.

When I send my zoom link (which includes a pass code) to someone with an iPhone 11 running 17.4.1 with a newly updated version of the zoom app recently re-installed, she gets a message, "zoom may not be supported on your browser" message when she taps my zoom link.

I have no other problems with other users on other devices accessing my meeting by tapping the app I send with my zoom link.

What needs to change on this user's phone setup in order to access my meeting?

Thank you.
