Hi folks. I like the Continuous Meeting Chat for certain meetings (recurring team meetings) but not all meetings. Is there a way to keep Continuous Meeting Chat enabled for my account but for it not to be on by default on new scheduled meetings? I schedule a lot of single instance meetings where it isn't useful, but it's always there if I don't remember to turn it off in the meeting settings. If I disable it in my account settings, it is no longer an option in recurring meetings where I want to use it.

Resolved! Recording starts automatically even though it is set to OFF

At some point my Zoom started recording my video meetings automatically every time I start it up. I went into the settings and the "switch" for automatic recording was already switched off. How can I stop it? I tried switching it on and off again...T... Show more

Camera - Black screen

I have the camera for the zoom meeting - BUT in stead of showing me it is a full black window - no image, no background possible - it just stays black. I have given zoom access to the camera in my settings, I have reinstalled zoom, but it remains black. I have daily meetings, it never was an issue. It just suddenly is there. Is in on a Mac Book Pro - Anyone nows the solutions? Any feedback appreciated.

I recorded a meeting yesterday using my iPad Pro (2018) running IOS 17.4.1  & Zoom version 6.3.5 (21266) Where will I find my Zoom meeting file on my iPad?     After logging in to my free account and switching on the option to record the meeting - I am now unable to find the location of the meeting file.    Can anybody help me, please?

Suddenly we can no longer see future Zoom meetings beyond a couple of months ahead - I have just put one in for July but I cannot see it. Why can't I just arrow through and see ALL my meetings.

We schedule for a year (education courses) - seeing just a few months is no use.

The search between dates option at the top doesn't work either. You cannot select the date range you want.

Recording doesn't occur

Once the zoom meeting ended, there was no pop-up window saying that the recorded meeting is under the conversion.

 

I've been using Zoom Interpretation feature a lot for some international meetings. So, we prepare 2 PCs to record the zoom meeting with 2 different languages - One for the mother language, another one for the interpreted version-.

 

As a participant, of course, I asked the host allow me to record and save the zoom meeting into my PC. I absolutely saw the host clicking "Yes" button so that I could started recording it. During the meeting, I found that the zoom meeting had been recorded (On the top, there was a green icon or something with a message like "it is recording" and at the bottom of the zoom meeting screen, pause/stop the recording was also activated)

 

Once the meeting was over, there was a pop-up window to show the progress of the conversion on the host's PC. However, there was no pop-up window for the conversion on my PC. In the end, there was no recording file saved in my PC.

 

Can any of you tell what the problem is? I recorded multiple zoom meetings with this way, but recently, I failed to see the conversion window on my PC.

I just set up a scheduled meeting on YouTube and i want to use custom live streaming, there is no problem at the very first time, but when i want to stream a new scheduled meeting, in the zoom app, i cannot set up new custom live streaming datas, because it wants to stream automatically with the settings before. How can i reset it?

Windows 11 audio output issues.

Zoom audio output is very, very low. I can hardly hear anything. Volume is maximized (100%) in Zoom as well as in the system. No problem with YouTube videos. Tried https://zoom.us/test also. Same results. However, in this I noticed that the output sound starts loud and clear but goes down within a second.

 

Googled a bit and based on what I read, I tried the following in the zoom Audio settings

 

   - Set signal processing by Windows audio device drivers too "off(Windows - raw)"

   - Windows system audio enhancements to "off".

 

Problem persists.

 

How to fix this?
