My local recording converted but freezes on a single frame midway through recording

I was in a 1hr40min meeting, recording locally. After the meeting I converted successfully to MP4 files. But, the mp4 freezes about 70 minutes in and all audio + video stop. Can I attempt to re-convert these files? How? What are my options to attempt...
