I have a pro plan. When I need create multiple account and assign for 9 accounts the same license
My question:

Smart people: We often have "hybrid meetings", meaning people in the conference room plus people on Zoom. Our conference room setup involves a laptop dedicated to managing the Zoom meeting with a large (72") monitor on the wall and an Owl camera for video and audio. Works well, as far as it goes. We'd like to add a second monitor (and controlling laptop if needed) so that we can ALWAYS see the gallery. We often switch to a shared desktop view and folks in 'Net land get torqued off because we can't see all of them as they raise their hands with questions. So, ideal situation: one monitor displaying the current speaker/desktop/whatever and one monitor showing nothing but a gallery view no matter what other foolishness is going on. How do we get there? Thanks in advance! Ray

I have an AppleTV (A2843) with the latest Zoom app using my iPhone 14 ProMax as my continuity camera. All hardware and software are updated currently. We communicate with family via Zoom where we're in a living room setting. The issue I have is that my camera wants to wander constantly. I get that it's meant to follow whatever subject is in the frame. However when there's multiple people in the frame the camera constantly wanders. If anyone walks through the frame the camera again wanders. Is there anyway to turn off this wandering camera feature? The Zoom app menu is very limited and I can't find anything on my phone that seems useful. I'd love the ability to simply use my iPhone as a static camera. The constant wandering and searching is driving me nuts.

I'm trying to share the screen using my camera image superimposed on the bottom for a presentation. so far so good. But, in the upper part, another box appears with the same image of my camera but with a black background. How can I remove this second image?

I have been using Zoom since the pandemic, and after the last update I cannot get my piano audible for my students on my desktop computer (Windows 11). I have original sound turned on. I have reinstalled Zoom. I have updated all the drivers on Windows. My laptop and my tablet work with Zoom. My Yeti microphone works on my laptop, but not on my desktop (Windows 11). I've also gone into the settings on my computer to adjust my Windows microphone. I start teaching online lessons next month and was contemplating purchasing Zoom, but if this audio problem cannot be fixed I will have to find another platform. Does anyone have a solution?

We have implemented a system where teachers receive an email with the Zoom class link 15 minutes before their scheduled class. Recently, many teachers have reported an issue where an unknown host joins their Zoom meeting, accepts participants, and then leaves the meeting shortly after without any further actions. After thorough investigation, including scanning our web logs and checking the IP addresses of the participants, we found that all the unauthorized access attempts were coming from Microsoft IP addresses (potentially Safe Links or Microsoft 365 services). This was corroborated by a similar issue reported on Reddit, where we identified matching IPs. Additionally, our SendGrid logs confirmed that the Zoom links were clicked twice within a minute for all the affected users, which aligns with the issue timeline. Request for Assistance: We are seeking guidance on how to prevent these unauthorized accesses. Specifically: Any assistance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support.

Using external webcams on iPadOS17 is now supported. It works for Facetime. But I have not been able to get an external webcam working on my iPad for Zoom calls, despite having updated my iPad to iPadOS17. Are there settings to make this work, or perhaps use of external webcams on an iPad is not yet supported by Zoom?

When I create a regular meeting in Outlook, it uses the Normal template, which is set for the Calibri 11 font. When I then add a Zoom invite, using the Add a Zoom Meeting button in the toolbar, it adds the invite and text with the Aptos 12 font. This may not seem major but it adds a lot to my workload when I have to edit the font each time for each invite. How do I tell the Zoom plugin to use the Normal template, which is set for Calibri 11?

Versions Steps to reproduce Description Once the window is maximized, it seems to be impossible to resize it to a smaller size. It also is not possible to grab the shared window and drag it around, moving it to another screen. This behavior seems to occur either since the upgrade to Ubuntu 22.04 LTS or the Zoom Client.

This is such a simple problem, I can barely believe I need to ask. My ZOOM software was many months old, so I installed the latest just now and rebooted my Windows 10 PC. I started ZOOM as usual, but I only get 1 window, the one with the controls along the bottom. I have always had a second window, which I use for the speaker, and use the first window for the gallery. I can't find a way to open that second window. In addition, ZOOM is not showing the feed from my camera. In video settings it identified the correct camera, but it is only showing my background; no video at all. Help!
