Hi,

the Outlook Plug-In version 6.3.5.1078 can't be installed on multiple Windows 10 machines. I get a Transform Table Error (MSI Error 1624) if the OS language is set to any other than English. If I switch my OS language from German to English, the installation starts fine. The previous version 6.2.5 installs without any problems.

Hope this can be fixed. I can't just switch the OS language on all machines just to update the Outlook Plug-In.

Hi all,

I'm not sure if this is available or feasible, but I'd like a way to indicate that I am open for people to drop in and join a meeting with me. We have a fully remote office, and it would be nice if we could signal that we are open to spontaneous visits. This would be similar to having an ongoing meeting and sharing the link for anyone who wants to join, but it would be helpful if that functionality were integrated in some way.

I had a recurring zoom meeting showing in my zoom calendar after someone invited me through outlook.

We both have zoom/outlook calendar integration.

We do not need those weekly calls anymore, so the organizer deleted the meeting in outlook.

However the recurring meeting still shows in my zoom app, both desktop and mobile. Those weekly calls do not offer the option to delete the meeting.

How do I get rid of those recurring zoom meetings in my calendar that should not be there anymore???

I am using MacBookAir MacOS 14.7.2 and Zoom 6.3.5. I would like to share power point presentation so that I will be seen in front of the slides. However, the advanced option slides as background is not possible. When I choose Share / advanced the option slides as background is not available. There is a small yellow triangle with exclamation mark inside. What to do? If you reply to my problem, please keep your language simple as English is my thurd language - meaning not very strong.

C'est la première fois que cela m'arrive en 4 ans d'utilisation.

J'ai pour habitude de mettre mes slides Powerpoint en fond pour mes sessions via zoom. Aujourd'hui, impossible. La sélection  "diapositive en fond virtuel" est grisée, et  c'est la seule de toute la section "partage"qui l'est.

J'ai redémarré zoom, qui est à jour, j'ai redémarré l'ordinateur, j'ai relancé powerpoint... rien à faire.

Avez-vous une solution à me proposer ? C'est 

The title says it all. I want

• The presenter hosts the PowerPoint slideshow using his iPad.
• He can see the Presenter View on the iPad.
• He uses Share Screen to share the slideshow with the audience, but the audience can only see the slides (i.e. without the presenter view, without the presentation note).

Right now I can only share the entire screen on the iPad. Everyone sees everything on my iPad.

Sometimes, I do not have internet service.  For instance, if I am on an airplane without wi-fi.  However, the Zoom pop up "unable to establish secure connection" constantly appears, interfering with whatever I am doing on the computer.  How can I disable this pop up when I have no internet service?

I'm Darshan Hiranandani, experiencing an issue where, when I join a Zoom meeting, I can't see any participants (including myself). All participants, including myself, appear as black boxes, even though my video is turned on. This problem occurs from the moment I join the meeting.

I’ve gone through all the settings on my end and made sure everything is up to date, but the issue persists. Interestingly, when I host a meeting, I don’t face this issue.

I’ve read that this might be related to screen sharing, but I can’t even see the screen share or the participants during the meeting, which happens regardless of screen sharing being on.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Any suggestions on what could be causing this, or how to fix it?
