Does anyone know what a number in parentheses after a Zoom username means? For example iPad(5).
Thanks!

I want to host a meeting and let people inside my org to join and share contents, opinion (it means they can do everything as usual) but I want people outside the org to join (observe) only. They can't turn on mic, share screen... Can zoom do this?

Hi Zoom team, Is there any feature in zoom like Automatic Reminder for various interventions? Ex- prompting trainer to break for Q&A after 45mins.
I use breakout rooms in class all the time for group work. Participants can join the groups independently. Is it possible that I can specify in the background that, for example, a maximum of four people can participate in each group and after that entry into this group is no longer possible?

Hi there, i had a problem trying to save a video. I was recording a zoom call and while it was being saved, the program started to update for itself. When the update was completed, i tried to look for the video but i cannot find it. I tried to go to the web to look for my recordings and look for it in the trash but it wasn't there. I saved it in local, so i don't know if there is some way to find the video and take it back or something. I'll look forward to your response.

I am having trouble with my video recordings. 1) I received a video saying Speaker view with shared screen but only the shared screen is there! Why? 2) I just got a recording with the voice and the video not in sync. 3) I should get 3 and there were only 2 for my last one and it is messed up by voice/video not in sync. How do I get my VIDEO and both people in the Zoom meeting on the camera and larger then a small view? I have seen where others using zoom can see both people and 3x as large as what my last video was?

Hi there, I am a licensed ZOOM user, I have the latest version installed as a desktop client. I have created polls in a scheduled meeting. When starting this meeting from my browser, the polls icon is present and I can launch the polls. When starting this meeting (hosted by me) from the desktop client, the polls icon is missing from the controls (bottom line). If I assign a co-host, the polls icon appears for the co-host and the polls can be launched by the co-host. Can you guess, why I can not see the polls icon in my desktop client? Thanks, Csaba H
