Hello everyone, I have a problem with the Zoom meeting logo, we have made a logo for one of our company's events and we set up the event's logo but now every time we set up a new meeting it appears in the waiting room. i have tried a lot of ways to remove it or even replace it with another logo and it failed. Who knows, in Business plan, I can also extract the phone number of those present and whether it is included in the package offered to us.
I try to login sso using zoom meeting on my win10 laptop. When I enter the domain for sso, I only find two options: ".zoom.com" and ".zoomgov.com". But for me I need to get ".zoom.us". Does someone know how to add it?

I record my meetings and other people can't access them. How do I fix that?
Dear Zoom Community Members, I want to play a .MP4 file (video/audio) in a Zoom meeting for participants to watch and listen to. I can share my screen to play the video...participants can see the video, but they cannot hear the audio. I suspect I need to change my audio settings in order for participants to hear the video (.MP4 file)...but I don't know what settings to change. Can anyone help? Sincerely, Robert

We have been using Zoom to hold our camera club meetings and after a lot of experimentation we think that we have come up with the right solution. We are using a 4k CCTV camera to home in on 50cm x 50cm colour prints which are then Zoomed out to the membership. We have a monitor next to, but separate from our "Zooming" PC monitor and are therefore able to check what is going out and being received on Zoom. The images look OK on our monitor, but quite a few members are complaining about poor image quality - not sharp, watercolour filter appears to be overlaid over the picture.
