question I f I pay for the monthly can I gat a small phone conversation?  i am embarrassed because I am in school for cyber security, and you  think id be a ble to figure it out, it involved the secondary confirmation of id.  it should r easy to figure out but it also my bt something fo the original set, up, I did notice a mispaellin of my name early on maybe that it

Two accounts - one pro and the other free

I am a self employed on line English teacher and for many years had my own (my name and email) free Zoom account. Then last year I was offered some subcontract teaching by a third party - and their Pro Zoom seems to have wiped out my own free account... Show more

I am a self employed on line English teacher and for many years had my own (my name and email) free Zoom account.   Then last year I was offered some subcontract teaching by a third party - and their Pro Zoom seems to have wiped out my own free account.   I've tried setting up a new Zoom account in my own name, but I just keep getting referred back to the other company's zoom.  Anyone got any ideas as to how I can overcome this?

Playing both Video and Music on a call

Hello!I just did a test call ahead of a group meeting. I played a video with sound - using advanced video settings - This worked well. Then I played music from spotify, but the sound was either choppy or not heard by the other party. We did this test... Show more

I just did a test call ahead of a group meeting. 

 

I played a video with sound - using advanced video settings - This worked well. 

 

Then I  played music from spotify, but the sound was either choppy or not heard by the other party. 

We did this testing a number of sharing settings, all to no avail. 

 

Do you have any suggestions as to how to rectify this?

I am presenting live in front of an audience and over Zoom. When I share a PowerPoint presentation in full screen on the second monitor, I cannot get the clicker to advance the slides. The clicker WILL control the computers volume and escape from the presentation. When NOT in a Zoom meeting, the clicker works just fine. It is NOT simply a matter of which program has focus. With the mouse, I click on the slide advance arrows and the slide changes. I then immediately try the clicker; no good.

WHen i try to access a local recording of a webinar, I get an error message "Unknown error Error Code 124". It does not allow me to open the folder with the recording. (Win 11). 

However, from the file system, i am able to navigate and access the audio and video files of recordings.
