I am a host, but not in the meeting. How can i give rights to somebody to share screen (may be in advance) not joining to the meeting!

I have the meeting ID is there a way to track down a message that was sent from last meeting?
I will be hosting a Zoom meeting from Germany. Do US participants need different Dial In Phone numbers than the ones listed for the meeting in Germany?
We have had people join our meetings and act inappropriate. We want to invite people to our meetings but we need to be able to prevent them from showing inappropriate videos and from saying inappropriate things during our meets. Can we require individuals to register for our meetings and capture their name and email address. We would also want to prevent them from showing their video and prevent them from unmuting. We would want to control who shows video and who unmutes.

I saw the email about the Zoom Software Lifecycle Policy, and it included a link to the article on how to use PWA with Chromebook. Does anyone know if PWA is to be used only with Chromebook or is it recommended/required for any user that uses Chrom as their web browser? Is PWA supported on MacBook Pro?

Hi,
I have 2 users in my account so I figured that I could host two meetings at the same time but it doesn't work. When the second meeting started, Zoom asked if we wanted to cancel the another one.
Can you help me with that please?
When using a 3rd party software application that configures the webcam settings (e.g. Logi Tune), these settings are reset and the camera is re-initialized with Zoom's configuration when video is started in a Zoom meeting. Usually, this ends up with the video being out of focus/too dark/off color. I have to go back to the 3rd party application and re-initialize the settings to correct the color/focus/lighting after the video has been started in a Zoom meeting. I have included two images that shows the Zoom settings vs LogiTune settings. (Zoom: HD, Adjust for low light is auto, and touch up appearance is off) It would be nice if there was a configuration item on the Video Settings page that would disable Zoom's webcam configuration and just use the video feed as is, without attempting to adjust the resolution, color, focus, etc.

The new Zoom Breakout Room feature where you can Add/Rename/Delete while Breakout Room is ongoing. Host/Co-host is not able to delete a the room if there's a user that joined a room then left. Steps to reproduce: 1. Host create a meeting. 2. Host create breakout room/s (Room1, Room2, Room3 for example). 3. Participants join the meeting. 4. Participant join breakout room (Room1) 5. Participant left the Zoom Breakout Room / Went back to Main Session / Left the Zoom Meeting. 6. Host is unable to delete Room1 (0 person in Room1). Room2 and Room3 is deletable.

I am new to this service, just trying my first meeting soon. I scheduled a meeting and then copied the invitation to send out by email. I had chosen the option of allowing both computer audio and phone use. I do not understand the listing of the phone numbers in the invite. In the One Tap option, there is a string of numbers and no explanation as to how they are to be used by the recipient. If I were to receive this, would be totally confusing. Then following that is a listing of numbers, some of which mention cities. Again, how is this used? Any of these numbers can be dialed? Makes no difference? Or is the person supposed to know which one to use. I am copying here the number list so you can see what I mean. Thanks for any advice. _____________________________ One tap mobile+16699009128,,99011974097#,,,,*306811# US (San Jose)+17193594580,,99011974097#,,,,*306811# US Dial by your location +1 669 900 9128 US (San Jose) +1 719 359 4580 US +1 253 215 8782 US (Tacoma) +1 346 248 7799 US (Houston) +1 669 444 9171 US +1 646 931 3860 US +1 301 715 8592 US (Washington DC) +1 309 205 3325 US +1 312 626 6799 US (Chicago) +1 386 347 5053 US +1 564 217 2000 US +1 646 558 8656 US (New York)

I use the Zoom app on my Iphone to send invitation for Zoom meetings: the app uses my personal email instead of my business email. I have to suppress it every time and put the right email address. How to change it permanently to my business email address?
