I think a recurring meeting that has been going on for at two years -- and that I have extended several times -- expired either November or December 2022.  We did not have the meeting in December and I did not extend it to 2023.  However, there is no record of it in 2022.  Is there a way to recapture it so that the link and meeting number can be used by the more than 300 registrants?

In previous Zoom versions it was possible to uncheck the option "Always display participant names on their video",  and no name was displayed on video. It seems that on version 5.9.3 this is not an option anymore, even if I uncheck, the participant name is shown on video. Totally excluding the participant name is also not possible anymore. Is there another way of hiding the participant name on video on the current Zoom version?

my colleague has an issue with the sound only via ZOOM.

When the user shares her screen on zoom, the sound goes crackly - even with her microphone connected.

I uninstalled and installed Zoom app, I did the following too - In the Zoom desktop client, click your profile picture > Settings > Audio, and uncheck the Automatically adjust microphone box.

I also checked updates, drives on her computer and nothing helped.

She has this issue only on Zoom calls when she shares her screen.

 

Can you help, please?

selective jittering

When in a meeting, my own image becomes jittery ( but only the top 1/3 of the picture). Everyone's else picture is stable. This happens on both my laptops. Never happened before.

I don't use Outlook

I don't use Outlook, but every time I schedule a meeting, it tries to launch/set up Outlook.  How can I prevent that from happening?

is there a specific ports or URLS that I can use to block access to zoom meeting over browser  using web filtering features  or firewall / proxy

I want to share a meeting recording on my website. When I go to the recording and click Share there is an option to Copy a shareable link. In that is the passcode embedded. When I use that link in my website I get a error when testing the link. It sa... Show more

I want to share a meeting recording on my website. When I go to the recording and click Share there is an option to Copy a shareable link. In that is the passcode embedded. When I use that link in my website I get a error when testing the link. It says:  "This recording does not exist. (3,301) "

When I delete the passcode in the link it works, but the passcode is required, which is not handy.

It has worked once, but every new attempt has resulted in this error.

Is there a setting somewhere that indicates that passcode are not required?
