줌이 제대로 실행되지 않습니다.

줌 아이콘을 아무리 눌러도 실행되지 않기에 제거한 뒤에 다시 설치를 하려고 했으나제어판에 들어가서 제거를 누르니 error code 3000이 뜹니다. 이것은 installer을 실행할 때 생기는 에러인데 왜 제거할 때 이 에러가 뜹니까?
