Allowing invitees to join a meeting
I seem to have a problem when setting up a meeting and invitees join, I don't always get the button to admit them into the meeting. Sometimes it comes up , sometimes it doesn't.

Running the latest Zoom client on a AMD Ryzen 3 2200G 16GB RAM Windows 10 I do not have an option to blur the background. I have scanned a number of posts on this topic both here and on other forums and there does not seem to be any resolution. The computer is powerful enough as is the graphics card so I don't know what else I can do

I held a meeting last Sunday for my brother's Tribute. I appointed my niece as a co-host to manage the call for me. She recorded the Tribute (we heard the notifications of start and stop), but neither one of us has received an email from Zoom on where to locate the recording. How do I get it to preserve the memory? Is there any way to get a printout of the chat and a list of attendees?

We are looking to join two zoom meetings together, not have to separate meetings or joining multiple meetings on the same client. Because of limitations on both user count and breakout rooms and being in an education type setting our thought is to join two max meetings. Having the instructor in meeting A and additional students beyond the max in meeting B. Then with a combination of “streaming” laptops or a hardware splitter/combiner like an ATEM mini extreme to then have students in meeting B interact with the teacher in meeting A, but be broadcast back to A and B. The question is any recommendations to do this, we are looking at OBS, again ATEM, other video/audio capture for virtual video and audio, and looking for the communities help. So far the ATEM seems best and requires someone to “man” the device because it’s resolved the audio feedback and that’s the main issue with the capture device only solutions we have tried. Because when someone shares in B we have a second laptop getting A/V in B relaying as a parity company in meeting A for B->A sharing, and a second laptop with that reverses for A->B. And that causes feedback based on delays, mic settings being all over the board with the students, etc. Mainly looking for overall ideas for a solution, and/or how to avoid the audio feedback. Thanks in advance, until zoom can manage 2000 students and the 300+ breakout rooms we need 🙂

I recorded a two hr meeting. I have the recording in dropbox. People without Zoom Pro are telling me they can only view the 1st hr of the recording, while I can see the whole thing. What can I do so my sister-in-law can see the whole Tribute of her deceased husband?

Hello, I've hit an issue since upgrading to Zoom 5.10.4 (or it appears) that rebooting nor removing and re-installing Zoom fixed. Historically, I could set my System Audio out to my "Headphones - Built-in Audio" and my Mic to "Headset Microphone - Built-in Audio" and leave Zoom at "System Settings" for both and it would just work. I also noticed under the Zoom audio settings, my "Headset Microphone - Build-in Audio" no long appears in the "Select Mic" option dropdown, nor does the "Headphones - Built-in Audio" appear in the Speaker selection drop down although *both* appear in the Ubuntu audio selections list. If I plug in my USB Webcam I can see that show up in both my Ubuntu sound settings and Zoom as a mic input, and the same holds true for my USB Speakers. I can't figure out where this issue is coming from so I can't resolve it, and it's extremely annoying not being able to use my headset to chat in Zoom sessions, anyone have any ideas/solutions?
After a recent upgrade, the "Headset Microphone - Build-in Audio" doesn't work or will work briefly if I set Zoom to use another Mic input setting and flip back to "System Setting". The weird thing is I can see the volume bar for what's being picked up by my headset Mic move as I talk in the Setting -> Sound in Ubuntu, but in the "Test Audio in Zoom it will quit and the input volume bar will show absolutely nothing. Switching to another device and back tends to resolve this for about 5 seconds.

Scheduling a meeting. Having done this many times and never had a problem. I set everything including London for the time zone and meeting to start at 9.15am. It then shows a time of 1.15 in the upcoming meeting box. How do I get it to read 9.15am?
How do I disable login alerts when activity is detected on a new browser, location or device?
This is very inconvenient when our trainers change locations and cannot access the zoom because they do not own the associated email accounts.
