I have an individual user who is being put into a waiting room (she must be admitted to the meeting) during a recurring scheduled meeting. This is not the case for any other users who attend this meeting. She is licensed similarly to other users and is joining this meeting from a laptop, and I cannot seem to find any reason that this would be occurring for her. What am I missing here?

My wife's professional zoom account is disabled. The only message received is "Account is disabled. Please contact your account owner or administrator." She is the sole user, is the account owner, there is no administrator. Because the account is disabled she is unable to contact support because the first thing it asks is to sign in - which gets the message displayed above. - Catch-22 in action! Question - how to break the loop and contact support to find out why the account is disabled and to correct it so she can continue to provide a telehealth service? (tried the reset password option early on but that didn't fix the problem and is no longer an available option)

I have the Zoom app on both my desktop and my iPad. I don't use the desktop version for video calls because it doesn't have a camera. But I use it for everything else because I prefer the standard size keyboard, plus the mouse. Yesterday I invited 2 participants to a video meeting. One ended up on my desktop, the other on my iPad, where I was expecting both of them. The desktop wasn't even switched on at that time. When I did switch on the desktop, I found a msg saying that he was in the waiting room. By the time that I opened Zoom and connected to the meeting, he had left it. What can I do to avoid this? Should I just uninstall the app from my desktop? Any suggestions would be appreciated. GarryL

I set up registration for a meeting - the account is capped at 100 max per meeting. The registration filled up fast to 100 so I purchased the the 1,000 large meeting package from Zoom - but the registration link still says that "Registration is closed".... Any ideas on how to re-open registration? Or will I have to set up a completely new meeting and registration process?

I was trying to set up my PTZ camera for someone to use. The zoom function works fine but the pan/tilt controls do not work. Do the far end camera controls only work with certain PTZ cameras? Is there additional software I should try?
Thanks in advance for any help...
We'd like to offer a Q&A via Zoom and just publish a link for anyone to join in (no registration necessary); however, when they do show up to join the Q&A, we'd like to collect some info from them before they are allowed to enter (things like their name, email, nationality, whatever)... Is this possible and, if so, how can I do it?

Recording a meeting on free account. Ended just before the 40 minute deadline. Recording not showing up in folder. Was not given option to save.
Hi can anyone help me with how to fix this, I'm having this problem lately when I try opening my camera it's working fine, However in a few minutes it turns off can anyone help me with how to fix this? Does anyone have this problem and fix it?
I also tried the following:
1. checked my camera drivers and it's up to date.
2. Uninstall/ Install Zoom
3. Restart my laptop
You can also see my image that it can now detect my camera. But a while ago I can access my camera.
Thank you and looking forward to hearing with you guys

I am encountering a weird issue with muting and then unmuting the mic when using the Zoom client version 5.10.7 (3311) on Ubuntu Linux version 22.04 (though this was also happening with version 21.10). Sound works initially, but if I mute and then unmute the mic, it doesn't seem to "unmute", and the mic is unusable. Manually selecting a specific mic in Settings doesn't resolve the problem. It does seem that it eventually returns to working normally, but I don't know how or why. I don't know of any command line arg that enables more thorough debugging, and the only log line that seemed relevant was "No PulseAudio daemon running, or not running as session daemon." Is this a known issue? Is there any way to debug further?
