Hi guys, Zoom used to work perfectly for me both on browser and the desktop client in the past (~mth ago), but now has becoming extremely slow, the only possible changes are updates either for Windows 11 or for Zoom itself - no changes to hardware or video options etc in that time. I am using windows 11 pro, and have Nvidia 1080 ti graphics card. Consumption of memory, CPU usage, etc for Zoom is negligible.
When I try to join a Zoom meeting the client will take around 10 minutes to actually join, using the browser is faster but it takes around 10-15 minutes for the video to turn on. This is the same for the desktop client. Outside of meetings, just clicking settings in the desktop client takes about 10 minutes to load, and another 10 to load into video settings if it doesn't crash before then. My webcam (logitech C390) works perfectly for every other app I use, but Zoom seemingly has an extremely hard time connecting to it. My hardware is really good:
I have uninstalled the client and reinstalled, made sure it was fully up to date, am completely up to date with Windows updates and all drivers including for the webcam are fully updated.
I have also tried deselecting all the 'hardware acceleration' options in the zoom client for the video and have chosen Direct113D option for video rendering but none of these has made a difference.
Does anyone have any ideas what is going on here?
Extremely frustrating!

In a recent meeting that used breakout rooms, we had two things happen that had a similar issue. Scenario #1 ... when the individual was invited to join the breakout room, they accidentally chose the option to not join. (I am unsure of what that option is, as I've never been on the receiving end of a breakout room invite.) So, when they accidently choose to not accept the invitation to join the room, they come back to the main room. and ... Scenario #2 ... when the individual joined the breakout room, they left the room and rejoined the main room to ask a question. So ... here's the issue and my question ... once those individuals came back to the main room, I was UNABLE to send them back to their assigned room. Perhaps I'm missing something. The only option I could see would be to send them to a different room. Once there, they could leave THAT room; and once they returned to the main room, I would then have the option to have them join their originally assigned room. Am I missing something?

I need some help! I cannot find the cloud recording of a meeting which I recorded as co-host. I closed my computer (folded shut) before ending the recording (which caused me to leave the meeting). After waiting 24 hours, the recording has still not shown up. Where might the recording have gone?

How can I do this
I have a Windows 10 PC with Zoom. I had a meeting with 4 people. It was fine - we heard each other perfectly. I turned on Cloud Recording. When I downloaded the .mp4 - there was no sound. When I downloaded the .m4a file, it plays but there is no sound. It used to work perfectly and now it doesn't.

Hi
I have a Zoom video and audio but now need to get a transcript. Any suggestions in or out of Zoom that can enable a transcript to be created after the fact?
Appreciate any and all ideas.
Thanks
I've been using the Zoom Whiteboard (not the physical whiteboard) on my computer with a Wacom drawing tablet. Unfortunately, something has changed and now my penstrokes are being eaten and replaced with dots. I believe this is some kind of double click detection or some other gesture. Here I try to write the especially problematic letter "F" 7 times. It failed each time. Here I tried to write the simple equation "y = mx + b" And here I wrote the alphabet and "The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog" without corrections. Each of these examples were created with Windows Ink active. Every failed penstroke has a has a little Windows Ink ripple effect whenever it happens. When I disable Windows Ink, things like this still happen, but without the ripple and less frequently. Is this a known problem with a known fix? It makes it pretty much impossible to use the whiteboard and annotate tool.
