I attempted to open my contact list to invite people, and I cannot find my contact list anywhere. All I get is the option to invite people individually by emailing them. Where can I find my contact list? I really need it!

Hi,

We have an informal weekly Zoom chat with typically 6 participants.  For some time now, one user's audio is completely suppressed when any other participant is speaking.  This does not happen for the other participants who can all talk at once and be heard (I said it was informal!).  It means that the user with the problem simply cannot "break into" an ongoing conversation and it is very frustrating.  The user with the problem is using an iPad (but so are some of the others, so it is not just that).  Anyone had/having similar problems?   Any ideas for a solution, please?

"Zoom.exe - Bad Image" (see Zoom Message.png attachment).  The zoom version that loaded after installing Windows 10 is 5.11.11 (8425) (see Zoom Version.png attachment).  Any thoughts of what may be going on?

I have a meeting planned for tomorrow.

Over the past six months, I have had issues with my Internet. There are very brief moments where I am disconnected. I have contacted the provider and they sent a tech out. He told me he thought my modem was bad. I bought a brand, new unit, modem/router combo. Spent $$$.

Still having these brief moments where I have connection issues.

What happens during the meeting tomorrow if that happens? Everybody will be disconnected? How do they rejoin?

What do I do?

Thanks.

All 3 of my LG phones (high-end) have  a problem with outgoing volume dropping by 50%, especially during a meeting with 40 or more.  Wondering if anyone found a 'work-around' for this issue?  btw: on my phones, I cannot find any so-called slider-bars to make adjustments in settings.  The SETTINGS options are scaled-down from what I see on the help pages online.   When I use an Apple tablet, all problems disappear.

Comments, anyone?  If it's just that Androids are inconsistent on Zoom, I will pick up a spare Apple for zoom use.

We have been using Zoom for worship for the past 2-plus years, gradually making our presentation more sophisticated. Currently I am sharing a Keynote slide presentation so our camera size options are limited to "postage stamp" while sharing, or full screen when i'm not.  I usually have host role and the person managing the cameras has a participant called "AV team" which we spotlight as the active speaker while I am presenting.

I've been fooling around with the OBS virtual camera plugin to see if it would help us create a more dynamic experience with larger camera view for the remote participants. However, since I am not the Zoom participant the audience wants to see, I'm wondering if and how I can include "AV team"s zoom presence (the one hooked up to the camera) in my OBS stage while keeping myself "spotlighted for everyone" so they are consistently seeing the presentation vs. jumping to "AV team" on full screen anytime someone talks. Can I pin a different user for just me while spotlighting myself for everybody else? Is there another, perhaps more elegant way to do this?
