Participant windows are square not rectangle

All participant windows are square and not rectangle. If tow people are in a window I only see half of each face. I use a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. I have tried adjusting ratio, HD and a few other adjustments but I still get square windows. This has started about a month ago.

Any suggestions?

Hello, did you ever get a resolution to this issue from support? I too am having this issue and was not able to fix via the app settings. Please advise.

Hi, No resolution yet. I don't know if it is something Zoom needs to look at or a setting on my device. I have tried many different setting changes in Zoom and my device.

Hello , I was able to resolve this by uninstalling zoom and reinstalling. Not sure what the underlying issue was

Same problem here with Samsung Galaxy Tab A. The gallery view only shows squares, which ends up cutting off half of people's faces when we're zooming with couples. Uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom didn't help, either.

Samsung Tab S8+. Same issue here. No setting to control this.
