Reset admin user password if you don't know the old password?

no connection

Hello! Yesterday and today I log into my account and click Arrange a meeting. The Connection window opens. That's all. Nothing happens. what should I do? reinstalled the zoom. came in several times. it hangs and that's it.Thanks

The participants' List is not generated for a few meetings.
I have done the following steps.
Zoom Log in > Reports > Usage Reports > Usage.
I can generate the participants' List by "clicking on the number of participants" for some meetings, but it is not being generated for a few meetings! That means, it is working for a few but not for others.
Please help.

Volume drops too low when sharing music using HP Envy laptop with Bang and Olafson App

Volume is fine when talking, but when I share a song the volume drops about 50%.

Third party meeting survey auto force link to lowercase

When I use endpoint  /meetings/{meetingId}/survey 

 - Use param  third_party_survey to link with google Forms , but the link i added were auto force to lowercase .

Example :

 added the link

But when user out room , it show the link 

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1faIpqlsd5rmllI2f4cbkepslct/viewform.

 

Any ideas what's going on?

Video Feed from JVC HDPro camera just died in middle of recent meeting.

We have a JVC HD Pro camera that is connected to our computer via an Elgato Cam Link 4k so we can stream the video and audio feed via ZOOM. This Sunday, the video and audio just dropped from Zoom and would not reconnect (there was a red slash through... Show more

We have a JVC HD Pro camera that is connected to our computer via an Elgato Cam Link 4k so we can stream the video and audio feed via ZOOM.    This Sunday, the video and audio just dropped from Zoom and would not reconnect (there was a red slash through the camera icon in the bottom left of the Zoom window.   Cycling the camera, unplugging and replugging in the camera did not help, we had to shut down Zoom and start it up again to get it to reconnect.   Can anyone suggest any solutions so that this does not happen again.  The pc is a custom build running Windows 11, 16 gig RAM, i5 12600 cpu, Geforce RTX 3060.
