When an exec is going from meeting to meeting, they don't have a great deal of time to stop and share out the recordings once zoom processed them and they become available.

If one assistant were present, we could have them join  meetings and be the one recording the event.  The content would live in the assistants account and they would be able to manage the content at their leisure.

If we want backup coverage and there is a secondary assistant assigned, we have the same problem if the primary is ill or traveling.

There is a feature that allows one or more assistants to schedule meetings on behalf of a user.  Can that be expanded to allow recording data to be managed as well?

I made up a Personal Meeting ID number when I purchased a subscription.  I went to change that number, it's informing me that it's already in use.  I'm guessing from my free version.  How do I cancel out my free version so I can change my number?  I can't seem to find, or get in my free version to cancel it out.  Any help would be appreciated!

I am a yoga teacher and I like to share music when I give a course online.

Last year, I was able to share my music from spotify and have my Rodes mic plugged at the same time so my student can ear the music and my voice

Now, when I share screen with sound my mic is automatiquely desactivated

How can I give my course with music sharing and my mic at the same time

I teach sound meditation and need to periodically play music from my laptop (Macbook Air) however when I play the music it cuts off my voice or I cannot control the volume. I have been advised to get a 2 channel mixer which I have purchased. I have also been told to download some software that I will need to make it all work, do you have any ides which software application I need?
