No audio from the meeting. Microphone works but speaker is not. Tested, went to audio settings etc but no success.

Hi @Santamarian can I ask the operating system you're currently running Zoom on? As well as a screenshot or info on the available speaker options within the Zoom client? If you haven't already suggest looking into the KB on Troubleshooting speaker or microphone issues in the desktop client

With the help of a Zoom Tier 2 tech person I solved this problem. He suggested that I see if Zoom were muted in the Volume Mixer. I didn't even know that Zoom had a separate entry in Volume Mixer, but when I looked it was there, and it was muted. When I clicked to unmute it the problem was solved.
