Intermittent sound when someone shares a music video

I have an issue and not sure how to solve it. I use an ethernet connection. When I am in a meeting, and someone shares a music video, I experience poor quality and it is intermittent. However, when I simultaneously turn on my mobile device, it is very clear. What could be the problem? Thanks in advance.
