I have a recording saved to my computer and want to share to be playable for just 7 days. Is this possible?
When starting our last meeting, there was a very quick pop up that talked about some animation was on and said where to go to turn it off. Unfortunately, the instructions turned off too soon. If you laugh or move, the screen reacts and moves around. Definitely not professional. How do I turn this off?

I'm on the up to date Windows Zoom App but I do not have the avatar tab (please see below). Please advise.
Hi:
I use google calendar to schedule zoom meetings; however, the full list of participants does not show up on my ipad. What do I need to do to fully integrate zoom w/ my google calendar? Thanks!
Hi, one of ur staff is haveing problems when she is on a Zoom call, the screen freezes then the connection cuts off.
I've been using Zoom for doing YouTube videos. So far I've found the easiest way to share content on screen is to use the advanced screen/share part of a screen function, and to load up the images of articles, tweets, and videos onto PowerPoint slides in advance and then click through the them as I do the talk/discussion to camera (they're usually just me) - that way you can have everything appear in one fixed spaced on the screen and there's a separate box of myself up on the side. My question is: - how can I change the background color? - it's only ever black and I can't see a way to change it. - you can change the size of your own box but only at the start of each session's screen share: would be useful if it it could be fixed at a certain size in advance (as you can in fact do with the portion of screen box) - I'm not sure if there's other software that works better for doing these videos on your own: maybe someone has advice.. thank you!

When recording a meeting, if you use the PowerPoint as virtual background option so you can place your video on the slide, the recording will not put your video into the screen share recording. It acts as if you are just sharing the PowerPoint. There should either be an option to include the video (i.e. record the screen share as the participants see it) or just make that the default when you are using the virtual background option. This is a wonderful additional tool and this change would make it even more effective. Thank you!

My company uses the Pro Version and now the virtual backgrounds do not work. I have enabled them and uploaded an image to use but all it says it the device cannot use virtual backgrounds. It is not blocked anywhere
One of 20 attendees has a strobe-like picture, so must turn-off her video during our weekly 90-minute meetings. This didn't happen last semester and she claims it doesn't happen during webinars. Any ideas?
