I Have No Avatar Tab

I'm on the up to date Windows Zoom App but I do not have the avatar tab (please see below). Please advise.

same problem, and I also don't have the effects anymore.
The avatar stays turned on, and can't be turned off, since the selection of it isn't there anymore.
