I cannot get virtual background to work on a pro version - it works on free versions but not the ver

My company uses the Pro Version and now the virtual backgrounds do not work. I have enabled them and uploaded an image to use but all it says it the device cannot use virtual backgrounds. It is not blocked anywhere
