Different Settings for Meeting Templates

I would like to set up Meeting Templates that have different settings -- for example Meeting #1 ALWAYS starts recording automatically, while Meeting #2 NEVER records. This would make my life much easier... but is it possible?

Can't send my meeting link to anyone as it wont let me copy the link however I try. Can anyone help?
