I updated my waiting room picture and text but it is not updated for folks waiting for me to open the meeting. It is still the old logo showing. Other than waiting room customization, I can't find where to update the screen that people see when they are waiting for me to open the meeting. 

In the waiting room customization area it shows the new logo I uploaded, but it's not showing that logo to folks waiting for me to open the room?

I'm an admin of a Zoom Business account with unlimited cloud recording storage. When I deactivate a user from a Zoom Business account, what will happen to the cloud recordings associated to the user? If the recordings are not deleted, how long will they last?

(I know the recordings will be gone when I delete the user; I want to make sure about what will happen when I deactivate the user.)

I encounter a case where api calls to get user info in meeting failed with error 'missing scope' while my application contains this scope and it worked with the defiend scope for the last 8 years, I just wonder if its just a wrong indication for timeout access token? had anyone seen it?

I use  zoom to do an online karaoke room twice a week, and I noticed in the last update  (5.14.7)  the "Live Performance Audio" setting, but an unable to evaluate it because I get the following error "Unable to start Live Performance Audio"  when attempting to turn it on from the upper left hand corner, where I turn on Original Sound as well.

Hi, I've been trying to get my App Live Streaming on my Zoom. It finally worked to add a channel but still isn't allowing me to LIVE STREAM on my facebook page. It's giving me this error..  ERROR: Failed to Connect to Zoom Services- Please refresh App and try again. Logging out of all streaming platforms and adding these channels again may solve the error. 

I tried what it recommended and it's still not working. HELP! 

Hi, for the past few months my Zoom will intermittently cut out in the middle of the meeting. On my end, I experience this as approximately 15-30 seconds of my Zoom disappearing from my screen and rebooting and returning me to the meeting space. On the other end, other participants experience this as my screen freezing.

I am fairly certain that this is specific to my Mac desktop as this does not happen when I participate via my iPhone. 

I am also fairly certain that this is not related to my internet connection as other apps are connected to the internet while it happens.

I thought that it may be related to my hard drive, however I recently had to erase and reinstall my hard drive.

Solutions appreciated.
