Unlike any other video call software that I use, Zoom does not seem able to balance light levels leading to huge overexposure in daylight conditions. While there is a setting that allows for adjustment to low light there is no equivalent setting for well lit rooms. This makes it very uncomfortable for the people I am calling as my face appears to be glowing very brightly.
Is there a setting that I'm missing that will solve this issue?

Did you ever find a solution to this? Zoom is the only client that does this, and it does it on both my completely different Windows laptops. Maddening.
