Why can't zoom offer a plan that is more affordable with just a little more allowance than 40 minutes. The only option at the moment seems to be a huge jump to $20 per month!!!

Considering what people pay for phone plans nowadays, I think it is good value. 
You can get a further discount if you pay annual in advance.
