Automatically muted when I screen share on zoom pwa

Good day everyone,

Hope all is well. I have an issue with Zoom PWA. When I start screen sharing and to explain what is there I am told I am muted.  I checked my settings and could not pin point anything. Does anyone here have a solution?

Waiting for meeting host to start meeting, but settings are set to allow people to join before host

So for the last few years, we've used a personal meeting room and people have been able to join even if the host is late or absent. Now, every time anyone tries to go in, it always says 'waiting for host to start meeting'. I've checked and changed the settings on and off like ten times, to allow people to join before the host at anytime. But no joy at all.

Can anyone help?

Resolved! Scaling image for a green screen display in the background

The issue is this: we have a green screen on the wall and we wish to display a map there. However we see the map only partially there. Now when I write this, it seems quite obvious: Zoom fits the image to the whole meeting screen, it does not scale it to the green screen part. That is why there is a big chunk missing, no matter which resolution the image is.

Is there a solution to this, so that we could project the whole map there? Has anyone worked with this kind of setup?ee.png

According to https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360053161571-Getting-started-with-Zoom-on-Echo-Show it is possible to join Zoom Meetings from an Echo Show device, but it only works, if you have a US-based Amazon account.

 

If you search Google for this issue a lot of people are complaining about that restriction. Can you please let me know, if there are any plans to expand support of Zoom on Echo Show for other regions (in my case Germany)?

I've recently started using Calendly + Zoom, but found that most of my clients have problems finding and entering meeting passcodes.

 

So obviously id like to remove it. But from what I understand, zoom doesn't allow me to do so. 

 

Is it because of my plan or  is there any guide on how to remove the passcodes from all meetings?

My scheduled upcoming meetings are not showing in all my devices

I can not see my scheduled meetings in all my devices. Why?  My apple devices i can see but same zoom meetings i can not see in my Window and android devices. Can someone help?

I am unable to launch Apps in the Mac Zoom desktop application. I have a few apps installed (Colabri, Fellow) which I know because I can see them in the Zoom mobile application (neither of these apps is designed for mobile). I am unable to launch these apps on the desktop because I do not have the Apps button available to me in the either the Zoom application or during a meeting I am hosting.
I am using Zoom version 5.15.6 and MacOS version 13.5

 

I have followed instructions and community posts I've managed to find to try and enable the 'Zoom Apps Quick Launch Button'. Most of the instructions here seem out of date, but I have followed User related ones, enabling the toggle on Settings - Zoom Apps page. I have restarted both Zoom (multiple times) and my Mac but nothing has resolved the issue.

The thing that I have noticed is that there is a popup message in the Zoom desktop app whenever I toggle the button on the Settings page. Regardless of the toggle position however the message always says 'Zoom Apps has been disabled'. I have attached 2 screenshots, one when I just disabled the toggle and the other where I have just enabled the toggle.

 

Please advise how I can resolve this issue.

Today I faced a problem which let my workday down. Zoom suggested updating to the latest version. I followed the instructions, but it wasn't successful. (error code 10004) Then I tried to solve my issue according to the recommendations on the website, but it changed nothing. 
I deleted the app on my Mac and reloaded it again. And now, while I'm trying to install the Zoom app, it shows an error again. What should I do in this case?
